Cobalt LT best little car made

we loved our chevy cobalt almost 200,000 miles on it and it never gave us any issues those were city and country miles .Our cobalt had a awesome sound system and heated seats plus it ran strong it would still be running if my girlfriend had listened to me and stopped texting while driving , she hit a old surburban right in the xxx messing ours up it looked like it had a broke nose hahah laughs to hide the pain....

Nice looking car that handles surprisingly well

Good performance, very responsive handling, lots of trunk room for a sport coupe design Very sporty styling for an older car. Good acceleration and decent gas mileage

Most fun car I have ever owned.

I absolutely love it. The amount of power in the SS trim is unreal. It's a very comfortable car and it's my daily driver and I love it.

Very reliable vehicle.

The 2006 Chevy Cobalt LT is a great buy for the money. It is very stylish and for a compact car with a 4 cylinder engine, it is surprisingly robust. The fuel economy is average for it's class. The handling is very much like a small sports car, very agile. If you want to get a good running vehicle that handles well and gets approximately 26 MPG then this is the car for you.

12 years and never had a problem

its not a porsche but it was a reliable car for the 12 years I owned it. I never got stuck in the snow and never was waiting for a tow truck. That says a lot to me about the quality of the car

Wonderful Car, Worst Seats in any car Ever!!!!!!!

Seats feel like you are Sitting on concrete and the headrests are as hard as rock and tilted down so you cannot rest your head down on them, they force your head down when you lean your head on them, and put pressure on your neck they feel like they would break someones neck if the car was rear ended they are the worst of any car i have ever been in.

Reliable cheap car

I got this car after I totaled my previous car. I needed a car and did not have the time to spend searching for one. I found this as it was relatively cheap but I still like the appearance enough. I was not expecting much but after driving it for 4 years, I'm glad I found it. There was nothing flashy or expensive about it but it got the job done. I rarely had any trouble with it and would recommend to someone looking for a cheap reliable car.

Owned for 11 years - Very Reliable

This was the first car I ever bought and it lasted me 11 years, the only reason I sold it was because I was moving 2000 miles and couldn't bring it with me.

Battery location

I have owned my `06 Cobalt since it came off the showroom floor and my only major complaint is that I have to get a new battery every 2 years in the middle of winter because it doesn?t get any heat. It doesn?t matter what brand either, what a pain in the.....
