This is my first Chevy in thirty years. Had a 1998 Ford Ranger great truck, followed by a 2004 Dodge Dakota excellent truck. Ford and Dodge lost a loyal customer bye waiting to long to bring back a true mid size truck. I have to thank them though my 2018 Chevy Z71 4X4 is the best mid size truck I have ever owned! Nice job GM, thanks for giving customers a true mid size pick up. Looks like I'm a Chevy guy after all these years.

The ZR2 is an absolute dream to drive. It handles well, is comfortable, and looks beefy. I've received many compliments on it and I've only owned it a month. I traded in my 1998 Toyota 4Runner, which I loved, and came out with a vehicle I love even more.

I bought a 2018 Cajun Red Z71 to replace my (second) Nissan Frontier. Originally set out to buy a Tacoma, but after driving it and the Colorado there was no comparison. I love this truck so far. My wife complains that the driving is a little "bouncy", but I think it rides great compared to my 2015 Frontier. I would like to see better grade plastic in the interior (especially around the doors). Also, for a truck that MSRP'd at $40,400 you'd think you get some safety features like lane detection, blind spot detection, etc. And keyless start. The problem when you're shopping is that you can get a loaded Silverado for about the same price as the Colorado. But, as others have said, I needed a truck that would fit in my garage.
