2018 Chevrolet Colorado consumer reviews

I've had enough of this 2018 chevy Colorado I've been in the shop/dealorship every week for something or another. The tires were feeling like they were wobbling got out checked the tires every single lugnut was ridiculously loose. Then the truck started squeaking sounded like a freaking Ford. They replaced the leaf springs,the radio went out stopped working completely.then it would come back half way down the road and scare the crap out of me. The horn had to be replaced it went out. Latest problem is the engine makes aloud knocking noise when you starts. The head lights on the driver's side are way dimmer than passenger side passenger side is bright. Now the torque converter is shot out constantly stuttering they checked it out said yes its the torque conv. And sent me home with this xxxxty truck. I hit the gas and putter putter putter. Can't pull out in front of anybody because this truck has a problem with going when you tell it to. It's scary as he'll wondering if this is the day feels like it's definitely getting close to crappin out.. And get this their gonna have my truck for 2 weeks but they won't give me a loaner.. Nope I'm done with this but they say I'm stuck with it..

The truck has a lot of extras Like heated seats back up camera electric brack controls plenty of power ride more like a car can haul 5 adults can tow 7000 pounds and you ca n get in and out of a parking lot with ease

Purchased new in February 2018. With only 8,200 miles I need torque converter replaced. Causes truck to shake and rattle. My very first Chevy in 40 plus years of driving and my last. Never had so many problems starting with the worst dealership, that being Five Star in Warner Robins Ga

Has tons of options I have the Z71 package with premium audio and nav. The truck is quick and is a more economical choice compared to a raptor.

I bought the 4x4 Chevrolet Colorado in April, after owning a 2002 Toyota Tundra that went down with a head gasket problem. Hauled garden mulch in the Toyota without ever a problem. A few days ago while driving on a major roadway in Pennsylvania, I smelled then saw smoke coming from between the bed of the truck and the cab. Smoke also started to seep into the cab. To make a long story short, while hauling mulch this spring, a small amount fell down onto the muffler and exhaust system and started to catch on fire. Luckily, I was able to pull the truck over before the truck engulfed in flames. Was wondering about the design of the exhaust system and as careful as I am with cleaning up the truck after hauling mulch, this occurred. Had the truck examined by my selling dealer and he said there has not been any bulletins out on this problem. Just keep an eye on things while hauling combustibles, including firewood.
