Good truck, good looks, & good mph for a V-6.
Overall, it's a good truck. Not to big, not to small. I bought it new 2018 & has 21,500 miles on it now. The only problem (at 21,000 miles) so far is the transmission fluid they used is crap as it foams & makes the transmission shutter, sputter and some. Took it to the dealership & they replaced it with newer better transmission fluid. So far, so good. The power in this V-6 is superior for a truck. Overall, I love my Chevy Colorado. Had a 2004 Ford Ranger V-6 before this truck & the Colorado definitely out performs the Ford in all aspects.

29 MPG in a Truck!
It’s just a shame that Chevy decided to discontinue the manual 6 speed. Great truck - still big enough to haul stuff but a bit easier to park than my old full size half ton. Gear shift does wiggle around as I am driving but appears to be normal

Very nice truck.
This truck meets my needs, comfort, room, style and the size of truck for getting around in parking lots or traffic, very interested to see how it will work in the snow.

I hated this truck
All the new “mid-sized” trucks are ridiculously huge. I live in the city and this thing was hard to get around in, difficult to park. My work car is an ambulance so it’s not inexperience with large vehicles. And then there were the seats! So uncomfortable! I was literally in pain after about 15 minutes. The foot rest was made for someone with bound feet and at such an angle they might as well not put it in. I never rode in the backseat but I never heard anyone say anything positive about being back there. The bed is so high I had to climb in and out to get anything in there. I’m so glad to be rid of it!

Love this truck.
The Colorado is easy to handle, comfortable, and gets great gas mileage. We have had it for a year and love it. We like that because it is a truck it sits up higher than a car and makes visibility so much better.

I have never had a vehicle like this truck.
This truck is the greatest truck that I've ever owned it has the style the comfort it has the get-up-and-go that I require it goes anywhere in the snow and the rain and the mud.

No bang for the buck
I purchased this truck as a long term investment. I knew I would pay a lot up front, but also knew that the resale value would be excellent. The first thing that started sputtering was the transmission. The runaround I received about this transmission was INSANE. DId it need parts? Just fluid? Both? The dealership didn't have the kit to fix it. Then they magically did. Let's just say that by the time I reached 3500 miles, that rubbing noise that so many chevy trucks are getting from their transmissions was still quite evident even after the "fix". The dealership, of course, recommended an extended warranty. You have got to be kidding me! Chevy was of negative help throughout the process of course. I contacted them on a few occasions because the issue with the tranny is sort of but not really a recall. They are aware of the issue. This issue was supposedly fixed. Let's just say that it is FAR from fixed. I finally lost my mind when the brakes started squeaking at 3500 miles. Enough was enough. I don't know about you, but if I'm going to spend $30,000 (1/6 of what I paid for my house) I want a top of the line machine that isn't going to make noises. I am disgusted with the product that Chevy sold me and it is already gone and traded in. Thank goodness I found a dealer who would take it without too much of a loss on my part.

Great mid-sized truck with easy to overlook cons
The Colorado Z71 has been great to me in my time of owning it. It has good fuel economy; 23.5 on highway road trips and 19.5 average combined. It’s interior is nice except the seats are on the hard side and the back seat of the crew cab is still quite small. The off road suspension is also quite stiff and you can feel every bump in the road. The vehicle has minor transmission issues but it hasn’t been enough for me to take it to the dealership for service. The V6 has plenty of power and I’ve towed 6,500 lbs quite easily. A good truck for the money but if I could do it over again, I’d opt for the V6 crew cab 4x4 instead of the more costly Z71 package.

Great mid-size pickup!
This does everything I would need and more. It is the smoothest vehicle I have ever driven and definitely handles itself off-road. I live in Missouri and our last winter was terrible and it got through it without any problems. It gets decent MPG for a truck and can haul anything you would need for day-to-day stuff. The interior is great comfortable and stylish.
