Love the vehicle very comfortable and roomy, haven't driven a car in ten years this car could make me go back to cars, I love the touch screen and hands free calling.

It was awful. Just waiting at a stoplight and entire back window shattered. There was no reason for it . The rest of the car was ok.

I love it. It has everything you need Navigation system OnStar Bluetooth power controlled by the steering wheel push start and power control from your cell phone device I can start stop lock unlock and make the horns go off from my phone everything you need from a car & a great sound system. After the test drive I instantly fell in love best car ever. I have a real live Transformer.

This is one of the best cars I have ever owned as it is a money saving car that has great space for my kids and to top it off it looks great!

This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.

I mean, these guys went above and beyond working numbers, dealing with finance companies for the most reasonable rates/approval and meeting my every need and desire in a new car. The Malibu that Paul helped me select has EVERYTHING that I wanted and so much more! None of the other dealerships came close to the exemplary service I experienced at City Chevrolet. Brent Bell did an excellent job of explaining all the extended warranty options, and the signing of all the documents was easy with the latest Docusign technology. While at City Chevrolet, I didn’t meet an employee that I didn’t like. Everyone was pleasant and respectful. In other words, in case you didn’t already know it, all of your employees deserve five stars! It’s situations like this that go a long way towards retaining customer loyalty. This car was purchased brand new with a 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. At almost 33000 miles the car starts having problems when you put it in park. Says shift to park but it is shifted to park and the car will not shut off. Three days later the car shuts off completely at a stop light while I'm in the center lane and I have no ability to get out of the car, turn on my hazards, roll down the window to inform other drivers or do anything to get out of the way. The locks are electric and there are no manual locks so when the car lost power I could do nothing at all to even get out of the street. I'm calling for help, people are honking and after three lights the car just turns back on. After taking to the dealership they say they replaced the battery and a negative wire. I get the car home and put it in park, it says shift to park and wont shut off. Officially a nightmare.
