I wouldn't drive a ford or a dodge if it was gift

Perhaps the guys whis are complaining should go back to their Prius. Or catching rides to store with their elder grandma. Ive had 3 silverados since 89, and i tried driving a ford and a dodge and it was a bout as exciting as a trip to Pittsburgh. The friend let me borrow it because i didn't have a car at the time, it was a dodge with 46k odometer. Left me stranded hahahaha

Not the best. To many problems not covered .

Problems with nav antenna leaking (not covered). Cabin filter replacement causes junk to enter blower fan. Headlights not bright enough. Breaking system not good enough Heating up under tow conditions. After you have the stained headliner problem next the GPS goes out due to water in antenna.

2nd best truck I've ever owned

Bought this truck brand new in 2014. Has the 6.2 engine and I absolutely love the power and performance, decent fuel mileage too. However at 170,000 miles it broke a valve spring and then progressive damage caused my engine to fail. I had to do a rebuild, but frankly while I was expecting longer engine life, I love the truck and compared to a new one was worth doing. I hope to keep another 6 years. Only my 2008 Denali pick-up had a better ride. I have bought about 10 new pick ups in my lifetime and might keep fixing this one for a long time.

First vehicle I bought and payed off.

I bought my 2014 silverado 4.3l v6 new from the dealership beginning of 2015. I needed a truck but couldn't afford the big V8 and all the fancy stuff that comes with it. To date (October 19. 2020) I have put 107k miles on it. Routine oil changes and did a full service recommended by the dealership at 60k. A transmission fluid change at 90k and normal wear and tear like tires and such. I moved my entire family from El paso to Utah towing my car along with it. I have had no major issues with this truck. In fact anything I have had an issue with has been because of my own procrastination i.e. brakes and rotors getting too worn out. It has enough power for what I need and is quick enough to keep up with highway traffic. The inside isn't much to be amazed by but hey its a WT edition. Not even a thermostat issue which I dealt with repeatedly with my chevrolet sedan in the early 2000's. I am more than satisfied with this trucm snd would buy one in a heartbeat again. I also don't have anyone to impress. I understand its limitations. Performance, power and drive ability that you can afford is fine by me.

Most unreliable truck ever.

I love the look of the truck, ltz so if course the comfort but the mechanics of this truck is ridiculous. At 50,00 miles both heated seats went out 3 months apart, the air-conditioning unit had to be replaced. The transmission at 120,000 miles went out along with problems with the rear end and I have never pulled anything with this truck ever. So dissatisfied & I'm a Chevy Fan.
