Great car for a family vehicle.

The 2013 Traverse would make a great vehicle for a family mode of transportation. It has fold down seats so that it can be used as a van and it is designed to comfortably seat 8 'average' size people.

It's ok

It was 2 yrs old when we bought it..we have put new brakes rotors alternator obviously a battery too..where the doors close at the top..the paint is coming off!! There is a snapping/ thumping noise in the front left.. nobody can figure out..I'm scared I'm going to be driving down the road and something is going to snap and possibly a bad accident with my grandkids in the car!! I know I will never get a response..just thought I would put it on here for proof that I have a legitimate claim!

Great car, great value, very reliable

This car met all the needs of our family for the last 6 years. It was extremely reliable, comfortable in all 3 rows, hauled all of our gear and was very comfortable in every situation.

I have not had ANY problems in 6 years

This car has plenty of room! Very comfy seats. Front passenger seat leans all the way back. Great for traveling! I fold up th2nd and 3rd row seats making plenty of room for my 2 big dogs, a full size air mattress, and a lot of luggage. This car gives me 18 mpg around town and 28-32 mph highway (28 mph in the mountains). This car also has very quick pick-up when trying to get onto a highway in traffic. This is the best car I have ever owned!!!

Very pleased with traverse

I'm extremely happy with my traverse. I traded from trucks to the traverse and i love it. extremely comfortable even for someone my size (5'10" 300lbs) back seats are very roomy and comfortable and when you lay down the third row the trunk is massive. Ride is wonderful and quiet. just enough technolgy. ONLY complaint I have is the headlights. I had 3 headlights blow in 6 months and they are nearly impossible to change without a lift. you need to remove tires. aside from that, very happy

Expect more from GM. Seat belts still an issue.

Seat belts recalled. Even after repair still an issue. 2013 Traverse. Safety compromised? Guess we will see. I expected more from Chevrolet. Thanks for your time

Totally NOT WORTH the Buck!!!

When we were looking for a 7 seater to trade in our Chevy Avalanche, I made the biggest mistake in leaving the decision to my hubby and son. They checked out the Chevy Traverse 2013. We had a Saturn Outlook and that was a sweet SUV. We couldn't complain. The color, the interior, the performance of that SUV was impeccable. Thinking that this Traverse had the same look, it totally blinded them. They got mesmerized and memories of that Saturn took over. And they were bought out by those memories and the good sales pitch lies of the Dealership where we bought this crap of a car where we paid an arm and a leg on top of that! Everything was make-up. Underneath it all is junk. So do not be fooled. I don't think I'd be buying a Chevy again. We did enjoy the Avalanche. But after this experience, they ruined it for us. It's not a gasoline saver, it definitely eats up gas. It's been 5years and we still owe over $20k on this! Yup! That's how overpriced it was! We bought it for over $45k I think! Insanity! No tvs. None of that! In 3years, their gear acted up... Search engine lights come on for no reason, you hear rattling sounds.. what the heck. In the 5 years we've had this, I think we've had to change the windshield like 2x. I think it's so thin and flimsy that when a pebble hits it, it cracks easily. Likewise, i know that there is something wrong with the transmission gear. It feels like it is taking longer than usual for it to change to the next gear. This is causing to use up more gasoline. It just sucks. I wrote a review on them the very first day I found out about the amount they charged us on the vehicle! I wanted to return it the day after we bought it.. ...and the dealer never got back with me. Chevy sucks! Totally sucks! Today, the car started emitting this awful smell... its not even at 70k miles. What the heck! Why do they make crappy cars? If I were you guys, stay away! Now I understand why they say Japanese or German cars are better.

Worst vehicle I’ve ever bought

I bought this vehicle less then 6 months ago, it was used. A 2013 Chevy traverse, since I’ve had nothing but issues. I replaced one headlight 4 months ago and the mother headlight yesterday. Was driving today and the same headlight went out! It’s becoming expensive and a hassle! Would NOT recommend this vehicle!
