Perfect vehicle for growing family

Having kids really cramped the room in my Accord. I was looking for a new, bigger car with a third row and plenty of room to store all the stuff that comes with kids. I absolutely love my traverse. It is SO spacious. I feel like a king on his throne. The features are first class, the car is responsive and has great control. I love it. Would recommend to anyone.

Don't buy this vehicle

I have a 2013 Chevy traverse that stalled on me. First I got an error message on my dash board that said "TRACTION CONTROL OFF " then it said " ENGINE POWER IS REDUCED" and then it powered down and wouldn't start. By the way this happen on the I 95, this incident nearly cause multiple accident.

Superb Vehicle

This is an awesome vehicle! It is a nice size vehicle that is very spacious with room for up to 8 passengers so great for small to large families. The interior and exterior design is very sleek and modern and well put together. Driving it on the highway or on inner city streets is a breeze as it handles very well. The features that are included with this vehicle are great (touch screen, bluetooth capability, etc).

So many issues... breaking my bank

We currently own a 2013 Chevy Traverse. My husband and two small children were driving down the road when the car went from 45 MPH to 15 MPH in the matter of seconds. Lights on the dashboard all came on notifying traction control off/ Stabilitrack off, reduced engine power. Two mechanics have been unable to fix the problem and we have put almost $1,000 in it already and it?s still not fixed. Done tons of research only to find this is a common problem from 2009-2014 Traverses. Same problem was a recall on 2010?s vbut GMC won?t do crap about it now. Not only am i without a car im paying for a car we can?t use...... Very angry

Switched from Ford to Chevy

So much room in back, front and cargo. It rides really nice on the road and feels like its not too big and not too small either.

Traverse

This vehicle is family car with AWD. Has enough room to carry equipment with 3 row down or all seats. This SUV took a beating from me and still on the road. With regular maintenance can probably hit 200k. No major repairs yet except for recalls, tires, brakes and paint job (vandalized).

looking to spend additional 4,500????

well- let me start by saying I USED to recommend this car as a great choice for families with more than two kids because of the third row and large truck space. this was BEFORE the transmission died at less than 5 years. Any car that transmission goes that early is a piece of junk. I strongly urge everyone to avoid GM products. They have done nothing but send us insincere apologies for not being satisfied at them for not HONORING our warranty. Go buy a reliable car like a toyota or honda so you dont make the same mistake as us.

Great vehicle- meets all of our needs

I traded in an equinox for the traverse, and I absolutely love this vehicle! It is so much bigger and more comfortable than the equinox, and the kids are easily able to get in/out of the third row. We do have roof rack for the extra space and it does go through gas a little faster than my other Chevy, but that was to be expected moving to a bigger SUV.
