Stay Far Away From this Vehicle

Right up front, this is my company vehicle and I put on approx. 65,000 miles a year. I also have been driving various company vehicles 30+ years. This unit by far is the poorest car I have ever driven. Interior is very small, built for someone less than 6 foot. The drivers seat bottom has been replaced once, the second one is now bad, the cushion deteriorates and you sit on steel. At 70,000 had blue smoke out the back, the engine broke a piston ring. Low horsepower, turbo does little to help. The fit and finish is good, transmission ok. If you really want a small suv, i would recommend something just a little larger. By the way LS model does not come with cruise control, added option.

Best bang for the buck

Nice comfortable ride with the space needed for multiple applications. I use it for my daily driver to work and will use it on the weekend in transporting my dogs to AKC events and hunting.

I was looking for affordable and reliable

Love my Trax, drives smoothly, great in gas, and love the body/look of it... best purchase I have done in years.

Great car for great value!

I bought this car used and was a little skeptical because it was used, after driving it and reading about it more I love it. Being in a state where it rains I wanted something a little bigger and have better traction then a 4 door sedan. It drives great, gets good gas mileage, and everything it very user friendly.

GREAT HANDLING IN ICY WEATHER

I bought this car on a 20% off GM promotion. It is an outstanding vehicle. It handles so well in icy weather, and I enjoy my drive to work each morning.

New owner, high expectations

Looked at all manufacturers small suvs, found the LTZ trim on the trax to provide all the creature comforts we were looking for, along with its awesome gas mileage

Great car easy to run & lots of hidden compartment

Great car for me, I have bad back. I can just place my but into car and swing around. No climbing up into the car or climbing down. No huge console in front which I hate.

Least appealing car I?ve had in years.

The outside appearance is good. The drive train is great. Plenty of get up and go for a four cylinder vehicle. The inside is too narrow. The passenger?s seat does not have an arm rest. Although we have the top trim level the car does not have, dash gauges, tire pressure readout on the information center even though it has pressure sensors. There is no comfort control for heat and cooling. The system is manual like my cars in the 70?s and 89?s. If I had to do over again I?d get another Equinox as was my previous car only a four cylinder.

most reliable car i ever used

i used my best deal from my car dealer. it is brand news to start to drive car (trax). it runs smoothly and better brake than my old van called caravan dodge. and it is better mileage to go anywhere like i mostly go fishing in long distance to drive. i'm glad it is better mileage.
