2019 Chevrolet Trax consumer reviews

I’m only 45,000 miles in on this car that I bought brand new. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND! Constant problems with my screen. Sometimes the volume will bolt all the way off, or nothing at all. No in between. The mychevrolet option freezes up when connected to my phone and the dealership couldn’t even help me fix it. I’m so over this car not doing what it’s supposed to do.

I love it. It's a nice car and was a good price with very low miles. My insurance is a lot lower and it's great on gas.

An excellent small sized SUV. The gas guage is a bit misleading, since it's a strip of lights that turn off as the fuel is used and drops 1/8 of a tank at a time. Overall, I'm really happy with the car and some of the features, like connecting my phone directly and being able to use Waze directly from the screen in the dash instead of having to have my phone mounted somewhere

This car has all of the amenities I wanted and needed. Gas mileage is great, handles beautifully. It’s small and compact with out feeling cramped.

Not reliable. Always having problems. It has been in the shop several times, would not recommend this car. It has stopped running on my way to the store, like I said not reliable.

Its at 30,000 miles and sounds like a wind up toy. Headlight been replaced twice. It does not hold value very long. It's good on gas but way too small for road trips or kids.

Nice small SUV, Good on gas . Great for road trips. Very easy to operate. Small, but has just enough space. Great vehicle, if you don’t want a large SUV.

They added extra fees without me knowing until I got home. They didn't give me any of my paperwork after I signed for the car. I called them and was told it would be mailed out. They can't be trusted

Nice size suv and has all the luxuries. Interior is perfect. The touch screen is good. Makes backing up a breeze. It still has plenty of room to back up for the weekend

My Trax is definitely comfortable to ride long distances in and the gas mileage can't be beat. However, I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. I have had this vehicle going on 5 years and have had to replace the front bearings, turbo, oxygen heat sensor, air sensor and I believe the turbo is about to go again. The bearings I had to replace within the first two years I owned it. The Turbo the 4th year and now possibly again. I have NEVER had so many issues with a vehicle as I have this one. I would never recommend this vehicle ever! If you do get one, ensure you have the best extended bumper to bumper warranty!
