2019 Chevrolet Trax consumer reviews

A flaw I have found is the air-conditioning unit stops working after about an hour of continuous running. I am told this is because of restricted air-flow space due to design of compact engine compartment. I have to stop the vehicle and let unit defrost (about 10 minutes) before air conditioning works again. Air works fine for around home and short trips otherwise...

I purchased a 2019 redline edition end of September. I’ve had issues with my auto start not working every time which I was told just “continue to try until it eventually works”. My sunroof leaks every time I take it into a car wash. It’s been into the shop about 5-6 times and they refuse to fix it. I opened a case with General Motors and they declined to help as this is “how the car is designed” and the car washes I’m going through can’t be used for this car. I have NEVER had a car leak let alone the dealership refuse to fix it even though it is under warranty. First & LAST Chevy.

The car is nice it is just not what I test drive and not exactly what I wanted. One good thing is that it is pretty good on gas.

the car is what i wanted, no longer need a big vehicle, bvut the awd feature is what i need for the area i live in

I can not really say much i only had it for 3 days. As of know everything is ok with what am seeing and how the suv drives.

So Far this car has proven its top Rating. My wife and I bought two of them. An LT & an LS. Would highly recommend trying this car.

Has plenty of room. Chevy makes car seats for the trax, which is a plus for me. Small turn radius, love that. So far it's great

adequate for my needs. it's a little tight for 2 car seats but it works. It was purchased primarily for the AWD and a compromise for cost and size.

Has everything we need in a small SUV for work and around town. Sits high enough to see traffic, but is comfortable for everyone to relax in.

I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle, from the recall that was on it to a bad bearing that BERGER CHEVROLET didn’t want to fix!!! My steering wheel leather is falling apart and my car has a vibration coming from underneath the driver side!!! BEWARE!!!!! NOT A VEHICLE YOU WANT!!!!
