2006 Chrysler Town & Country consumer reviews

Great buy for the money. Chrysler Corporation is excellent to deal with as are the local dealerships. Best minivan on the market.

We bought it in February and it's been a wonderul car. We previously had a Grand Caravan where one had to lift the seats out of the car. Stow n Go is much, much nicer and those storage bins in front of the seats can fit quite a bit of stuff. We (3 kids and 2 adults) just drove from Philly to the Florida Keys and it was smooth sailing. I installed a Hidden Hitch to trailer my brother's jet skiis. The trailoring leg was only the last 150 miles. The van had no problem pulling a couple of jet skiis. Basically, it's a great car and all of the entertainment gizmos such as the DVD player and satellite radio are nice to have when you're driving 2600 miles.

Comfort is a key for our family. We travel long distances and we were looking for comfort and quality. The Chrysler T &C fit the bill. No other MiniVan comes close to the value you get for the money. We look forward to our first 2600 mile trip.

smooth ride feels like you are floating on the highway. seats are very comfortable. very reliable minivan. i could go on for ever......

This vehicle is great on every thing but a long trip, when you have to ride on any of the (stow & go) seats. We have had our van for over a year. The gas milage is good (average is at 19-21 mpg) Love the navagation sys. and overall looks. Would buy again, but without stow & go.

I have a 1997 LXI and we enjoyed it so much. We went and bought a 2006 Limited. A very smooth ride and it makes daily driving and chores fun. I never thought I would want a GPS but it helps out so much on trips and even finding a local doctor's office. The seats are much stiffer than our old van and at first we didn't think they were as comfortable, but after sitting for hours on trips, we realized they support you and you don't get sore sitting for so long. Visability is as good as ever and the rear backup assist is a nice luxury. The front headlights illuminate very well on dark roads. The road noise is a bit more than our 1997, but it's not bothersome. All in all, with 2 children, family and friends, the van serves us well.

We bought a 2005 program Chrysler T&C Touring model minivan to see how it worked in conjunction with hauling my wife's Invacare HMV Zoom 400 scooter. We had a Freedom Tracker lift installed and the total package worked like gangbusters! After deciding to buy a new van with zero miles on it, my wife and I purchased a 2006 Chrysler T&C Touring model with a few more luxury features than the 2005. After a quick transfer of the scooter lift from the 2005 to the 2006 (about 1 hour) we were back in business. We are so satisfied with our new Linen Gold colored minivan that we will no doubt be Chrysler owners for many years to come.

We do a lot of traveling with baseball and softball tournaments. The kids are comfortable and we have plenty of room for all the equipment. We are actually looking into buying a new Town & Country.
