2010 Dodge Ram 1500 consumer reviews

I love the versatility of trucks and this one has delivered on everything. I drove four different manufactures, I liked the Ram?s exterior, handling/ride, power for the size of motor (5.7), and interior space hands down over everything else I drove. The performance has exceeded my expectation in every aspect. We pull a 23 ft speed boat to some of the larger lakes in the area and getting to them requires climbing a few mountains (Jellico). I was able to accelerate up the mountain from 60 MPH to 80 MPH with ease while pulling our boat. Even on the long trips it was very comfortable and the cabin area was really quiet which made for a nice ride. This is my fourth 4X4 truck I have owned and by far is the best all around. We take 3 kids and a dog when we travel and the crew cab accommodates well. Traded a 2005 Ram Big Horn 4X4 4.7 for this one, till now that was my favorite vehicle. This one takes 1st place. I just can't say enough good stuff about the 2010 Ram. I love everything about it 20" wheels, dual exhaust (looks and sounds awesome), Front grill/hood design, the smooth ride with the rear coil link suspension, and with the new ECO mode I am actually getting better gas mileage! Best purchase I have made in a long time.

I bought a 2009 Crew Cab with the Hemi and TRX off road package. I love this truck. I installed a 6" suspension lift, cat-back exhaust, cold air intake, and a Hypertech power programmer and this truck does not even hesitate in a muddy field. It just walks right through everything. I will keep this beast for a long time.

i bought a ram 1500 sport w/hemi and 3:92 locker. this pick-up has awesome acceleration. 6 secs 0-60 yet will avg 18.5 mpg on a 2000 mile trip. smooth and quiet ride and excellent infinity stereo syst. nicely done interior and beaut. brill. red clr coat on exterior. totally reliable and will tow 20ft livestock trailer [ loaded] without breaking a sweat. dual exhaust make a wonderful burbling sound while it blasts past every other pick-up on the road. we just love this truck.

This is a really great truck. I have the 1500 SLT with Bighorn package...plenty of power, great looks, and very comfortable. I have not found anything that I don't like about it. Of all of my past cars and trucks, this is the cream of the crop. It's so comfortable, and just a complete blast to drive.

Love the awesome power and sound of the Hemi. Traded an 09 4.7 for the 10 Hemi. Well worth the trade. The 4.7 didn't have adequate power to pull our travel trailer. Big Horn package and 20" wheels really improve the looks of the truck. Best ride of all the trucks. Getting 15 mpg/city and 17.5 mpg/hwy. Slightly less than the 4.7. Would like to have power folding mirrors otherwise we love the truck.

bOUGHT THIS TRUCK NEW,IT IS THE SECOND DODGE TRUCK I HAVE OWNED,BOTH WERE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. WE GOT THE 4.7 V8 AND AVERAGE 17.5 AROUND TOWN ,AND 21 ON THE ROAD.LOVE THE QUAD CAB FEATURE AND THE HANDLING, NOW HAVE 17000 MILES ON TRUCK.A

I traded my 2006 f-150 in on a 2010 Dodge Ram. The Ford was a good dependable truck, and i didn't have any problems with it. After doing thorough research, and test driving the silverado, f-150, sierra, and Ram, i chose the Ram with the Big Horn package. I couldn't be happier with it. I get a lot of compliments about the exterior, but the 5.7 is quiet and quite fast, the interior is very well designed, and a lot more comfortable than the other makes. At least try one before you make up your mind. You wont regret it!

i really like the truck..but at 1200 miles the reverse went out ...i never heard of such a thing....the dealer took 3 days but they fixed..i just wonder what will go wrong next..

Great looking truck that is very quiet and smooth riding, even over Minnesota's cracked winter roads. I only wish that manufacturers would focus more on fuel economy than increased horse power.

I have always owned Chevy trucks until this one. This is by far the best riding, most quiet, most powerful, and best looking truck I have ever owned. Dodge really stepped up there game on this new series of Ram trucks.
