2019 Ford Edge consumer reviews

Have not driven yet other than road test. I’m excited to see how it performs after driving a Ford Explorer for the past 20 years

Just bought an Edge from Robin Ford and I love it. It's smooth, quiet, fast and fuel efficient! Love Robin Ford for helping me get into this new SUV.

Car performs good for a 4 cylinder. Good mileage and pep. Plenty of options. Wife loves the car, plus it will park itself. Easy open back hatch.

This is the second Edge we have owned. Love everything about it! Having bad knees requires a vehicle that is easy to get into and out of. The Edge fits the bill!

It has all the options we need and then some. The Escape was to small..... The Explorer was to big.... The Edge is just right.

This is my 2nd Edge. Love the car! Roomy, comfortable and stylish. Great leg room in back and lots of room in the rear for traveling shopping etc.

It has all the features that I want. I especially like the driver assist features for alignment with the road and adjusting speed based on car ahead of you.

It’s great, a lot of safety features and technology, beautiful car, love the ruby red, interior is nice, drives great, it’s gett a lot of compliments too

The features on this Edge are unbelievable! Seats are very comfortable, good back support. No achy back driving long distances. Excellent all around vision. This ST model has the pick up and go. No lagging passing another car! So glad I made this purchase, would do it again in a heartbeat. If you are thinking about getting one, do it you will be glad you did! Highly recommend the 2019 Ford Edge ST I have had a lot of compliments of what a sharp SUV it is! I LOVE IT!!!

I don't think much of "expert" reviews of most anything. Some of my favorite movies were panned by critics. And, as an Edge ST owner I'm left wondering how a few of the expert reviewers have a following. Anyway...My Subaru 2.5 Outback blew a rod going over Vail Pass, so I decided I needed a 2 row AWD SUV with some power. I read and watched every review of the new Edge ST, and my opinion is that those who don't think the Edge ST is a "real ST" probably live somewhere where it's flat and sunny. I don't want a car that's going to throw out the rear wheels cornering, because for me that corner might sometimes be near the edge of a cliff, or in the freezing rain, sleet and snow you can get in three seasons in Colorado's Rockies. The Excellent Traction Control and Cornering Stability on the Edge ST makes it a great choice in places like Colorado, Utah, Montana and Wyoming. It's such a fun car to drive! Off-the-wall acceleration, feels just a tad slower than my 2006 Corvette. The twin turbos shine at high elevations. No problem getting over mountain passes with this thing. And, it's even more spacious than my Outback. Plenty of room to haul everything, also with a tow hitch package as standard.
