Mass produced garbage
In the second year, the transmission failed. Windshield whipper motors failed 300$ to fix. Oh at 60k all shocks failed 600$ stand by on this one. I think its put together by cavemen or maybe cavewomen.

Best gas mileage compared to other SUV’s I’ve owne
2016 Escape gets 29-30 average on the Hwy around 70mph and 38-42 at 60 mph. Much better than expected and more than my salesman told me! 2.0 liter automatic. Friends tell me my seats are more comfortable than their SUV’s. Only issue has been a battery change at 5 years which is expected.

Pleasantly surprised
I like its agility and comfortable drive. Economical to drive and so far no problems. While I don't sit in the back, I know that it is a little cramped.

Fix or repair daily
This car has cost me out the whatever. Only 89,400 miles and the transmission goes out and only 50,000 mile warrant, You would think that would be at least 100,000 miles. I cannot afford to fix so I have to pay for something I CANNOT DRIVE. Have put $2,000.00 in break jobs. Thank you Ford for nothing

The car drives real well..
But for the inside of this vehical there's definitely no leg room it's to compact. If your a lady and you carry a purse like most women do there's no place for it if you have riders. Been driving my parents around my mom said the back seat is a hard ride.. When idle for more then a few minutes there's a real bad exhaust fumes coming back inside the vehicle.

Nice car. No problems with it at all
No problems with this vehicle. Bought it for my wife. She drove it almost daily before her retirement. We hope our church scapegoat lasts for a long time.

ECOBOOST IS THE BEST
IF YOU BUY A ESCAPE MAKE SURE IT'S A ECOBOOST ENGINE. FOR THE MONEY IT'S A GREAT FAMILY CAR. THAT ACTS LIKE A SPORTS CAR. SPORTS MODE IS AWESOME FOR THOSE SATURDAY SUNDAY DRIVES.
