Worst Card I've ever owned

Bought a brand new Escape Titantium and had to take it back to the dealer for problem with the computer system. The system would freeze constantly. The Ford repair team kept the vehicle for three weeks trying to fix the problem. Never did. The dealer even complained that since I did not buy the car from them, I should take it back where I bought it, which is over three hundred miles away! I decided to trade this lemon to cut my losses. Didn't even have it for one year. Had to trade a brand new car with only 4000 miles. Doesn't say much for Ford or their dealers.

Best car I ever owned

It has a lot of legroom and many new concepts using ford pass and sync 3. It is so easy to use and I enjoy driving it everyday.

It's the best suv out there and stylish too!

I love driving it, the ride is smooth, and it's got plenty of room for cargo. This is our only vehicle so we picked the Escape for it's versatility and style. The Ford dealership in Lapeer, MI. takes good care of our lease car , I highly recommend them!

Small car big feel

We went car shopping for our Great Dane. We had a 2009 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. It was comfortable and fit our dog well, along with three levels of seats for a collection of grandchildren. It had 126k miles and was time to be replaced! The Escape appeared to be a compact "Explorer" with room for family and pets. This vehicle handles better than the Explorer and the 2.0 engine is peppy and really does the job. The interior appointments: electric adjustable seats, SYNC entertainment system, electric windows. auto open/closing rear hatch/door, fully opening back seat windows, 4WD, leather heated seats, roof rack...all the things we wanted! We bought this 2017 Escape slightly used but basically still ?new?. So far, this vehicle fits the bill and is a pleasure to drive. I would also recommend the blind spot warning system as well! The Ford Escape has a big feel and comfort with better gas mileage. Can?t wait to take on an extended trip. I do not have the tow package and felt the weight of the vehicle was not conducive towing although the engine does seem to have enough power to do so. Also, the unibody construction could take a beating with towing anything we have, like a boat or medium size trailer. And, yes, our Great Dane can stand up in the back, make several turns and then lay back down!

Great comfortable vehicle

This car met our need and expectations. We tests drove multiple other cars but the Escape had the perfect seats. Enough leg room, long and big enough comfortable seat for tall people like us. The Escape has great front windshield that is long and large for extra visibility. The rear seat is really comfortable as well. Great smart vehicle with Sync.

GREAT CAR

IN MAY 2016 I BOUGHT A NEW ESCAPE. IN MAY OF 2017 I BOUGHT ANOTHER ESCAPE. OBVIOUSLY I LIKE THE CAR. MY WIFE HAS A PROBLEM WITH HER KNEES BUT FINDS IT EASIER TO IN AND OUT OF THE ESCAPE THAN A 'REGULAR' SEDAN. I LIKE THE SIX SPEED TRANS WITH SELECT A SHIFT. IT HOLDS THE CAR BACK IN DOWNHILLS OR YOU CAN SHIFT IT WITH THE SELECT-A-SHIFT. IT GETS BETWEEN 28 AND 31.5 MPG. THE POWER PARKING BRAKE IS GREAT AND IT ALSO MADE MORE ROOM ON THE CONSOLE.

My wife loved it - Traded in our 2012 Fusion. She is extremely happy with its sporty looks, Second row leg room, and back cargo area.

Hi From Greece

I'm an expat residing in Greece and currently own the 2017 Ford Escape (Kuga). I was unpleased with the Nissan Qashqai (Rogue) for the past 2 years and traded it in for the Ford. 1.5 ecoboost FWD. Overall , I'm happy with the Ford. It seems well built, solid , nice suspension , decent ground clearance . From what I understand , they are all built in the new plant in Valencia , Spain. Getting ready for the Summer holidays and I'm sure the Ford will shine. Just ordered the boot liner and roof bars. Also installed GPS tracker .

Love my Escape

Sporty, fun to drive...love the 1.5 liter turbo, gitty up! Well equipped at the SE trim level. Plenty of cargo space, and roomy feel for a smaller car.
