2018 Ford Escape consumer reviews

My wife and I have a 2011 Escape and the upgrade to a 2018 has been wonderful. The rear- view camera and remote start are my favorite.

I'm very impressed with the improvements made since 2016 . 2018 Handles easier and ride is smoother also the air conditioner is more efficient and has a thermostat indicating the temperature on the knob. I highly recommend this vehicle I really love driving it.

This car is just the right size overall, plenty of legroom, great space in the back storage area. Excellent radio and easy to understand electronics. Quiet ride and great response when passing. Love all the safety features !

We purchased the base S model because it had all the features we needed at a very reasonable price. This SUV replaced a Focus that we drove for many years, and surprisingly gets about the same gas mileage around town - and it is not yet through the break in period! As a retired couple, we find the ride to be very smooth and the overall ergonomics to be rather impressive. Read the owner's manual because even this base model has many tech features that are easy to use but it helps to review procedures before you dive in. Keep the printed manual in the car and download the PDF to your tablet or PC. While we have only put a few hundred miles on the vehicle in six weeks or so (typical usage for us) the comfort, features and economy suggest that we will have a long and pleasant ownership experience. And the plan is to get rid of my old pickup truck because there is about 70 cubic feet of storage with the rear seats folded flat, which will handle our occasional need for hauling stuff. Looks like a wise purchase from many perspectives....

Fantastic car! Love LOVE it! Smooth ride, lots of space, awesome features and the price was right! Fuel economy is also a plus. Had a great experience buying this car and I am beyond pleased with it.

So far this vehicle has met all of my needs. It has plenty of room for my kids that are 6? & 6?2?. Plenty of cargo room as well with great gas mileage. The Technology is amazing. I will probably never know all this suv can do.

Love my black Titanium all wheel drive Escape. Easy to get in and out of. Handles fantastic. Great looks inside and outside. Strong 2.0 engine but a little thirsty. Loaded with comfort features. No regrets purchasing this vehicle.

Looks great, Drives great and is satisfying my needs in a new car. Impressed with foot motion to open tailgate door. Quite ride. Feel very secure driving this car.
