Great car, fun to drive, lots of roo.
Met all my needs and then some, likes the bench second row. Third row has lots of room as well as a large cargo area when 3rd row is down.

An Explorer For Sure
Bought this beautiful SUV when my dealer bought back my faulty Traverse, it literally crapped out on me 4 hours away from home. So I was done with Chevy, so I decided to buy a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum. Primarily for the wife. She drives 3 hours to and from work, and she absolutely LOVES IT! She finds the vehicle so helpful, like the parking assist. She normally has to drive a whole BLOCK to park. But now, she just parks in front of her office. The kids love it as well, they love fiddling around with the heated seats. We recently went on a road trip with 6 people in our Explorer, over 3000 miles! We were all comfortable, and we got 22 MPG cruising at 75-80 MPH for about 6-7 hours straight before slowing down. The lights were extremely helpful at night, they are very bright. So far, with 9000 miles on our 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum we have never regretted this purchase! Did I forget to mention this car has MASSAGING SEATS? You won't find that on a Highlander, or a Palisade/Telluride. 365HP is so nice on this vehicle, don't even have to worry about 90MPH freeway driving with 6 people inside. My co-worker has a Palisade FWD and that thing just spins for ages due to it's weight on our Nevada road trip. We just went over it like it was my mom's driveway. I'm overall pleased for paying 60K for an Explorer. Trust me, you'll love it. Especially the looks, this thing looks stunning.

FORD Means what it stands for
This Platinum Explorer a $60,000 car is a piece of junk. After just 4400 miles this vehicle lost all its power. Stated the engine was overheating. Here is what had to be done: ECT was out of spec (Main computer). The following repairs had to be done: Drain the cooling system, Remove and replace the front strut tower brace, remove and replace intake manifold, remove and replace both high pressure fuel rails and the fuel injectors, ect computer chip and sensors and purge the cooling system. Here is the best part: Ford knows about this but is not issuing a recall. They will only fix it if this situation happens. The best part is that after additional 60 miles of driving it died again. Needless to say the Ford dealership said all they could do was to keep fixing it. 4500 miles , $60,000 later and a dead 2020 Explorer Platinum.

First SUV
I love my new Explorer. Love the looks of the exterior with all the curves and dimension. The interior is so roomy and stylish. The only challenge is learning all about the features. A great challenge to have.

Sleekest car I’ve owned
What first grabs your attention is the new exterior design. Very elegant looking and stylish. Then you see the sleekness of the inside. The ActiveX leather interior feels so luxurious and comfortable. The dashboard and instrument panels all just look so new age and advanced. It handles great and has the power when needed. Love it so far

Ford Explorer Limited
First new car in 16 years. We are loyal to the Explorer brand. We were waiting on the 2020 to come out since they have returned to rear wheel drive. Love the car, handles well. Not as much console space as our previous Explorer and the console is too far back to use as an armrest. Love the power seats and memory functions. All the electronics and driver assists are great.
