2012 Ford F-150 consumer reviews

I own 2012 F-150 platinum for almost 4 years now. Reliable car, easy to fix yourself that if it needs some maintenance. I use it for work and travel. Never been happier with a car like that before.

This truck meets all my expectations. The six speed trans is a world of improvement over my last Ford truck. The 5.0 engine performs well and doesn't gobble up the gas. Lots and lots of space on the interior. No negative issues.

Put it on the road already and the family had plenty of room. Drove like a car and had better gas mileage then I expected

It has a hugh back seat and my dogs can ride in comfort as well as me.when I'm running fro a hurricane or just taking a trip. I can tow my boat and but our bikes i the bed. Would not buy anything else as far as trucks go.

I have never owned a Ford truck and struggled with the decision but honestly it was the best decision I ever made. I have owned this truck for 2.5 years and besides having to replace tires and brakes/rotors this truck has been next to zero maintenance. It gets 17-24 mpg. The quietest vehicle I have ever owned. Beings I have a Supercrew it has more than adequate room inside. My truck has the 5.0 Coyote engine with excellent performance. I pulled a car/trailer from South Carolina to Ohio and averaged 17-18mpg

Has great gas mileage for a truck and a very spacious interior. I loved having this truck and highly recommend it

Had the vehicle four years so far. 26 to 75k miles. Writing this review from the mechanic shop. Fifth visit since owning the vehicle. Spent just under 3k in repairs in four years. Oil pump, battery housing, leaking roof onto the interior, gas lid broke, water pump, radiator hose, and more. Ford extended warranty was purchased, however they won't honor it at all. Always find a way out of it. Stay away from Ford. Looks nice on the outside but it's what's inside that matters.

this truck far exceeded all my expectations and was more capable in every way than any vehicle I have ever owned. it was also by far the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven!

I couldn't ask for a better truck! It's loaded with technology and the maintenance needed is simple.

This vehicle met my needs and had all of the options I was looking for without having to pay the price of a new vehicle.
