The Truck I love To Hate.

Truck bogs down and slow to kick into gear. When getting on the freeway, good luck trying to get into traffic cause it doesn’t pick up speed well and once it gets going it does 70mph max. For some reason my shifter stays locked when putting it into gear and I have to open the steering colum and shift a white roller to the left in order to get it out of Park. I get tons of trouble codes and ended up doing a delete on it cause I was told that could be what’s bogging it down. Did it and the fuel range got a little better but still no power!!! Bought the truck to start my business but now all this is going on I’m thinking about selling the xxx and getting me a Dodge. Tired of this xxxx truck.

Best towing truck I've ever used

Really good truck. Drives nice and smooth for size. Turning radius is amazing for the length plenty of space, quiet diesel engine 4.88 gears gets plenty of power

Great for towing

This was an awesome truck for pulling. The ride was what you?d expect out of a heavy duty truck unloaded. The only problem I had was the twin turbo motor had trouble keeping a turbo. Something to think about because mine were under warranty, they are pricey.

2008 f450 Lariat package

Has a lot of pulling power. Don't even know you have a trailer on. I pull a heavy living quarters trailer. Very clean. Very comfortable and easy to drive.

Power house truck.

This truck meets all my pulling needs. It has a great braking system and is comfortable to drive. It gets fair fuel mileage for its size.

Dealer mechanic has driven more than I have

I think I am buying a Ram Dually. Filter problems , dually shakes above 70 mph. It does meet my needs, but I'm losing money taking it to the shop week in week out. From November 2017 to March 2018 will be 4 times already in the shop. The dealer has had it for 6 weeks . I make my money hauling my equipment not paying for the service... What to do ??

Thirsty but tough as a tank

I bought this truck for its substance. and it's got that. To be a 450 it has to have hard compound commercial tires and a stiff heavy duty suspension. So the ride isn't cushy. The cabin and leg room are huge. The stereo is pretty decent. The mileage is down around 10-11 but I knew that going in. I love my truck. The dealership, not-so-much lol.

Great workhorse.

The styling never looks old. Great truck at a great price and holds its value. I use the truck in my business and it does well in the fields and on the road.

Gorgeous and Hard Working Super Duty Truck

This truck has been wonderful. Ford has handled all if it's care, and taken great care of us. We loved this truck so much, we bought a brand new F450. It has been a super worker and reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, we have to sell it as we can't have two F450 trucks. This one has been upgraded in MANY MANY MANY ways, and has many more years of hard work to do.
