Best car

The web-site is excellent. The Sales department and person did an excellent job. I would buy another car there.

Rally inspired vehicle!

This is a extremely good gas mileage car that has a Sleek look and is super fun to drive. They sell tons of aftermarket parts so you can customize it anyway you would like. For 152 horsepower it feels like twice that!

Great sporty ride

Great deal on a car for my daughter- safe and dependable. She loves the space with the hatchback. Going back and forth to college with no worries. Great mileage too.

Great Manual Transmission

I Love my car, I have drove cross country several times and have not had any issues with my car. Handles great, great power, way more space then most people realize. I know the automatics have terrible transmissions but mine being an Manual Transmission i haven't had a single issue.

Clay M

I bought my '13 Focus w/30K, SE sedan with all the upgrades. The ride is fantastic, the power sufficient, the mileage incredible and the refinement over the top. Just one downside: the automatic transmission sucks. It has taken me almost year to "nudge" the gas pedal just the right way otherwise I'd shake the car apart. Ford says that's normal. I say it's not. It did die one time in a line of traffic going up a steep grade, just gave out. A software upgrade fixed the problem, temporarily. That is is the only time the car failed me, but I have to say the dual clutch transmission is a dud. However, I will drive the car until the wheels fall off. Actually I may die before the car does.

I love it but...

I love this car. it's very reliable. As a first time mom, this is what I had in mind as a mom car. BUT be warned, like I said, it is a mom car. It doesn't accelerate fast and if you are tall, you will be a little cramped.

Don't expect more than 3 years tops.

Car worked great the first two years (Got it used one year old with 10,000 miles), then everything went downhill. Have had continuous problems with the Thermostat, coolant leaks and Oil leaks, every month I am bringing it in for major repairs. Incredibly disappointed with this car, that I originally loved. I was hoping for a reliable car to last me several years. This is not that car.

Think of the long run

hi. I've had my 2013 ford focus se for a year now. and this car is just a money waster. first of all my biggest disappointment was the Powershift technology that ford introduced. at 47000 miles on it the cars transmission is getting worse and worse. the car jumps too much. the clutch makes loud noises. and all these problems are normal to ford. they don't think it's a problem. so that means they won't fix it. I've gotten a clutch fix. the transmission doesn't sound like is going to fall apart anymore. but the jumps and the acceleration on this car are terrible. high score for design. very very low score on performance. please ford listen to the people.

Good when it works... buy ANYTHING else...

Bought the car 13 months ago "Certified Preowned" with 16K miles. The car did decent to start but we have yet to go 3 months without an issue. We have had electrical issues (power outlet) and radio/infotainment issues as well as multiple transmission issues including bearing and transmission rebuilds. The car is going in today yet again as the transmission chatters and jeks while turning, surges while accelerating and when going up hills the transmission will search for a gear and sometimes never find one. This causes the car to come to a complete stop and sometimes have to roll backards to get a running start to a hill. This is compounded by Fords responses to complaints with "your just not used to it" or "its not an Automatic it's a self clutching manual." I am perfectly fine driving a stickshift car or even a "clutchless manual" but the car is sold as an automatic by sales and at least a clutchless manual shouldn't drive like a first time person driving stick in a car with a worn out clutch. OVERALL EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND WILL EVER BUY ANOTHER FORD.
