Reliable

This is a good reliable car with massive trunk room. I handed it down to my daughter. I was nicely surprised coming from California that it drove great in the snow.

This is the first cash money car I've ever bought.

This is a nice family size vehicle. The vehicle meets all my needs. I love the amount of room the car has.

Fantastic value

Bought my 2009 Fusion, SEL, V6, new and drove it 85000 miles. This has been a great car. It's comfortable, reliable and still feels like a new car. I'm actually having a hard time justifying trading it in for a new car. Guess I'll keep it for a few more years.

Handles well, great infotainment features

The pluses of this car is that it has great handling, fun to drive, and an awesome infotainment system. Every base was covered for your listening pleasure: six disc CD Changer, voice-enabled MP3 system (SYNC, which also covers Bluetooth hands-free calling), Aux jack, AM/FM radio with Sirius XM availability. Every single time I drive, I use SYNC, which makes it easy to call a friend or family member on your contact list and makes life more efficient. I also connected my ZUNE (yes, I'm one of those people LOL) via the USB port and loved having the ability to call out a track, artist, playlist, genre, and instantly be listening to the song. I know a lot of cars have this now, but to have the backing of Microsoft on this product made it even more appealing, and since it is pre-MyFordTouch, there is nothing to worry about in this car. Here's the negatives: lower resale value as compared to Japanese rivals, a little slow to pick up speed from a stop, and though it's a pretty nice interior, there were a few plastic pieces that have cracked over time (including the plastic in front of the instrument cluster which cost a pretty penny to replace). It is a comfortable interior and the front seats are great for tall drivers (I'm 6'4"). Also it was a great value for its day. I'd definitely get one with Sun and Sync package (sunroof, Microsoft SYNC system) and the upgraded "Audiophile" sound system (worth it!). I did have to get my SYNC repaired once and it cost me quite a few dollars, but like I said before, I use it every time I drive, and had no problems since I had it repaired.

Most reliable car.

This car is the most reliable car I've ever owned. Hitting the 200,000 mile mark and still runs great. Never really need to work on it.

Faithful Ford Fusion

The 2009 Ford Fusion has been a solid and dependable product. The SEL model has options that elevate this front line soldier to a general. Heated front seats, indoor lighting, moon roof, and a multi-disc CD changer make driving this vehicle a pleasure, not a chore. The wheel is heavy, but that means this FWD isn't going anywhere! Comfortable with a classic body design (changed in subsequent model years), this Ford Fusion is sporty, yet conservative, and can be counted upon to get the job done.

Great car so far, cheap interior

Good car with decent fuel economy and elegant styling. Interior pieces (door handle and lock) are cheaply made and apparently break a lot. Minor inconvenience, but it should have been designed better (or option for upgrade made available).

Ford-new for me

So far so good. Love my used Ford Fusion. Hope to have this vehicle in our "fleet" for years. The kids even like it.
