2012 Ford Fusion consumer reviews

I’ve had to replace the electrical rack two years ago and I have it in the shop since my power steering went out again I was told the power steering rack is bad!!!! 1,500 repair AGAIN!!! The heat went out in driver side seat and the cable on the handle broke so can no longer open driver door from inside. Many issues with this car!

Best car I could possibly own as a first car. It runs smoothly, 0 to 60 in just 9-10 seconds (not too bad), and the largest seats are so amazing. I chill out in my car often because of them. The sound system in my car is incredible. The sound is rich and the bass is crazy amazing. The car doesn't have a rear-view camera, but system is still great. Overall, I'd rate this car a 9/10.

The Fusion has met all our needs and expection for what we need. Syling of car is contemporary and is what we lke, not flashy.

Excellent well built and very nice design. Great color-black champagne. Great looking when waxed. Extremely dependable. Great car for commuting or just enjoying the road. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

Good car overall, great gas mileage, nice ride, but mechanical issues. A friend has the 6 cylinder and the car has been in the shop over a year with them trying to get this car figured out. My daughter bought the 2012 Ford Fusion, while driving the power steering went out, she was able to get it back home having to muscle the steering. Ford didn't not send us a recall on this and the part alone is over $1600 and labor will put this well over $2500. Ford made this recall short lived and did not notify all the owners, so now we have a car we are paying on and is undrivable. From what I have read, the power steering on this car can go out anywhere from 38000 miles and up. If I would have know this from the beginning, the piece of junk would not be in my driveway.

The V6 is definitely more powerful but for me the 4 cyl is adequate. I can get around 30 mpg with the V6 The 4 cyl can get 33. Not sure what it is but the 4cyl seems to ride smoother. The maintenance on the 4 cyl is cheaper also. Spark plugs are in the front,none in the rear. I have the SEL and the Sony speaker system has me spoiled. It rocks. My gas mileage went up with the Goodyear Assurance Comfort Tread tires. Surprised me.

I love everything about my SEL. From the power sunroof to the heated seats, to the AWESOME sound system, this car has everything. It is great on gas but still gives me great performance for the days I feel like having a little bit of fun and a heavy foot.

This car is comfortable, leather seates, heated front seats big trunk good mirrors nice colors cant think of any thing that not good about it.

I like the way it drives, has a lot of nice amenities to make the driving experience better. Car was afforadable and runs great. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

This car is a good car. More room for my kid. Awesome size for my family. This kind of car is easy to drive. I love Ford Fusion.
