2019 Ford Fusion consumer reviews

Overall the car is great. So many upgrades in safety and technology for the SE model. HOWEVER, I’m under 500 miles on my car and twice now my sync screen/system has glitched and become non-responsive. My screen will either freeze or glitch between rear view camera as I’m driving, to a blank blue screen and back and fourth. The first time I just turned off the car and waited about 5 minutes, it resolved itself. I’m currently waiting to see if I can do the same this second time. But i fee this is a defect and will be going back to my dealer ASAP.

This car has everything we could want - and more. It's easy to drive, comfortable to ride in and stylish to look at - we're very pleased with it.

There is a reason I have owned 3 Fusions in last 12+ years.....I like owning a car I am not going to have issues with....great gas mileage....dependable.

I love my 2019 ford fusion. I used to have a 2015 ford fusion. Love the new bells and whistles. Great on gas, smooth ride. She's a beaut!

This car was exactly what I was looking for. New, reliable, wonderful gas mileage, etc. I took my time, but in the end I couldn’t ask for more.

Has everything I was looking for. Great looking, plenty of leg room. For a 4 cylinder has good power and take off. Love the handling of the Ford Fusion

I love the vehicle. It’s long, but I’m still getting use to it . Im still getting use to having s push to start car. I don’t like the back up camera. I don’t think it’s reliable. It’s spacious just like I wanted, and I just have to be cautious because I’m not use to long vehicles. Overall, I really love the car just horrible service. I wish I can take the car back, so I can go get it from a different company.

This car exceeded my expectations. The technology takes a little time to understand, but once you do, it is great. It drives well, has good zip and looks great. I love the safety features and the sound system is excellent. I rated the reliability as 5, however, having owned the car only a few weeks, I really cannot rate it fairly.
