2004 Ford Mustang consumer reviews

Relatively fast, good handling and completely reliable from the start. Currently has 32,000 miles and no problems at all. But, at that mileage, you shouldn't expect any. Surprisingly good on gas (22 mpg average) but requirement for unleaded premium hurts the pocket a little. All in all, worth the money and fun to drive. The review on this site is wrong with respect to the comment about having to push a button or lever to remove the ignition key. You turn it off and take it out.

This has been a great car for me - stylish, powerful, and reliable. The only negatives involve the ride - could use a better suspension system and if you've got to fit more than 2 people, it's gonna be very cramped. The 2004 model year is the best looking Mustang of its series and while the new series looks great as well, the '04's give them a run for their money.

The GT has good power for everyday driving, I drive it through all weather and have not had any major problems, even through the snow. Gas mileage is good for what it is. Would buy another a Cobra next time.

A great fast, great handling car that can't be beat for the money. A great value for a fast super sounding car that gets pretty good gas mileage to boot.

I love the way i put my foot in my 04 gt and it doesnt hesitate to get up and go..also for a stock exhaust i had on it , it sounded amazing

i purchesed my gt and i love it it runs great and whoops some a** on the road or at the track i would definatly recomend any mustang they just make your hart beat

I used to be a Cobra owner and I can personally say that these cars are amazing. They handle well and are very fun to drive. With the milage and work done to this particular one compared to the price I can say that it's a very reasonable buy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a car with immense power while still being functional.
