2012 Ford Mustang consumer reviews

When I bought this car it was still under the new car warranty. As soon as the warranty expired all kinds of things started to go wrong. Just couldn't afford to get it fixed. So I traded it in for a Nissan Versa Note. Also at one time I had a 2005 Ford Focus. That was a piece of junk too. Went through 3 sets of tires before 20000 miles. Will never buy another Ford.

This car met all my expectations. As a daily driver, it was very nice and fun to drive. I would love to upgrade with a new version

I love it.Always wanted the right Mustang since moving to America .Found it in this car. A factory built car for both road AND track .It defined what I wanted.

It is nice for the money that it's worth. The mustang is comfortable and really makes u look cool when you are inside of it.

Water holds in the door somehow and it has destroyed the interior door facings. The water was in the doors and with temp in the 90s, the moisture caused the inside panel material to fall off doors. The first year of owning the car, it had to have the water pump replaced. The second year, the rear bushings went out and it sounds awful. How many does it take before a recall

This car has met all of my needs and more, love it! I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends looking for a good looking and reliable car.

This car was great to drive. Very powerful but handled extremely well. The turning radius is amazing and its low to the ground so it can make awesome sharp turns at high speeds. Looks amazing , a head turner. Great for city driving.

Really good sports car value for the money. It also turns heads wherever you go and everyone always wants to know about this rare mustang

I bought this car for the looks and gas mileage. However the handling and road noise levels were both disappointing. I would have thought with the premium addition you would also get sound deadening. Wrong! I stripped the entire interior out and spent $200.00 on a large box of boom mat. 38 sheets later the entire interior body structure front to rear, including the sides, wheelwell archs, and entire trunk floor were covered. Now the car is acceptable. Shame on Ford for ever selling a premium edition car that noisy. Handling was equally weak. I had no confidence I could drive this car safely near the limits of adhesion. I purchased Eiback springs, Koni adjustable shocks, whiteline adjustable panhard bar, boss 302 shock tower brace, and mustang gt rear sway bar to dial in the suspension. Now the car handles like it looks and can be driven hard with control. Yes the ride is stiffer but now it doesnt drive like a Yugo. A computer tune gave the motor instant throttle response and firmed up the transmission shifts. Highway mileage remained the same as stock at 28 mpg. I have a wonderful car now. Its quick, quiet, totally reliable, gets good fuel mileage, and handles like a sports car should! All cars should drive this good!!!

You can never go wrong with a Ford Mustang. They have been making them 50 years for a reason. A joy to own and drive. Every time.
