2016 GMC Sierra 2500 consumer reviews

I’ve had a few trucks over the years and my new GMC 2500 HD Denali is by far the best of the best. It handles fantastic and the ride is great. Not only is it beautiful but it has the power of a beast as well.

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges

Awesome vehicle....it goes when you hit the gas. You get heads turning with it. Great gas mileage when chipped. Handles well with large tires too

I might be biased because this is my dream truck but it's the coolest thing ever! I own a 2016 GMC Sierra SLE 2500hd and it is the bee's knee's for towing! It coming all set up for towing and it rides so smoothly! This truck effortlessly tows around my 2 - horse trailer with my two Irish Draughts in it, one of them being 17+ hands! All in all I LOVE this Truck! Thank you JJ Suk from Keller Bros for selling me this dream!

Test drove this truck and was super impressed with the ride, handling, features, and value. Loved all of the collision avoidance indicators and electronics on board. Looks like a keeper.

I've owned many new cars and trucks, Loved my Corvettes, my Trans Ams, my Porsche, my Dodge Rams. But this vehicle has surpassed any of those vehicles for roughness, hauling ability, and now fuel mileage. YES this truck has gotten 30.8 MPG on the highway (not towing) and averages 18 in the city. I get about 15 MPG towing a 31 foot travel trailer. I LOVE SITTING HIGH ON THE ROAD!!! In the amazing Corvettes I've owned, riding down the highway means looking at rear bumpers a lot. Now the ONLY "EXCEPT". When the truck was about a year old, while driving Michigan's I-75, 5 miles into my trip the steering wheel took an abrupt 20 degree turn to the left. I corrected it quickly but the pulling stayed there for a day and a half. I immediately called the dealer and he asked for me to drop it off. I needed a loaner, he had none. That was on a Tuesday. A loaner was obtained for me by Friday, but by then the steering issue had corrected itself. The dealer couldn't find a problem except to say it was out of alignment.....a little. I remarked 20 degree pull to the left for a day and a half isn't a little out of alignment. I got the truck back and it's happened again 3 times for short periods of time. I'm just glad I wasn't pulling my toy hauler down the highway at 70MPH. Still it's a good truck, if it drives straight. Presently GM is studying the problem and is working with me to insure it doesn't happen again.

GREAT SIZE AND HAS ALL I NEED GREAT STYLE ......... QUITE RIDE AND FEELS SOLID .......... THIS IS MY FORTH GMC / CHEVROLET TRUCK .

This truck absolutely meets all of our towing needs as well as personal comfort. Also, a very stylish truck and has more bells and whistles that you could imagine!

For a 2500 Z-71 this truck rides very nice in the city and even better on the highway. I also got the diesel and it move the truck with very little effort.

Recently purchased this truck, Denali trim and it is wonderful. I work in construction so upgraded to the Duramax Diesel engine to pull heavy work trailers and it?s exceeded my expectations thus far. Waiting to pull a fifth wheel or very heavy trailer to see how it pulls. Anything I tow right not you can?t even feel it. Comfort is top notch. Very comfortable seats, nice interior, plenty of room. Only downside is the wireless charger does not work with my iPhone X. Other than that it?s a wonderful truck!!
