Great reliable car

I've had this car since I bought it new in August of 2002. I've never had a single problem with it. I'm certain to have it serviced every 3,000 miles being it is not driven much. It has less than 30,000 miles on it and the only problem I've had with it is other drivers hitting it in parking lots. I got a great deal on this car -- it was an upgrade from a Honda Civic. I constantly run into people that want to buy my car from me being it looks great still and is good as new some almost 10 years later and now that it is finally broken in, I get about 27 MPG which is very satisfactory. I would recommend this car to anyone.

Many Honda Accords in the family, every single car has gone beyond the service expected. Absolutely the best cars ever made for dependability, comfort and value. Greatest investment we have ever made in a vehicle. If you are looking for the best used cars in the market, look for Honda Accords EX

Best car so far.

This Honda saves alot of gas because it has four cylinders. It is very clean in interior and exterior. It has power door and power windows. Both AC and CD players are working. Infact, the car is in a perfect condition. Must buy car !!!!

I LOVE MY HONDA

My 2002 Honda Accord LX is the most reliable and trouble-free car I've ever had. It has 116,000 miles right now, and all I've ever had to do was brakes, battery, and tires. I get all the regular maintenance (which amounts to changing the oil, replacing a couple of filters, topping off the wiper fluid, and lube), and I have never had the slightest problem w it. At this age, it is developing a tiny air leak in the driver-side window, a slight whisper not a whistle, no breeze. The seats are very comfortable and supportive, even on long trips. They are still as solid as the day they were born--no lumps or dips, upholstery not worn. This car is built like a tank! It is still a lot of fun to drive--lively from a stop, stable steering, quick responses. (No, it's not a BMW; it's a Honda coupe. But in it's class, it's great at all that stuff.) I have a heavy foot and I ask a lot from a car. I drive city streets, long highway stretches, and funky dirt roads (!) This car is solid, reliable, takes plenty of abuse, and puts the Energizer Bunny to shame. I recommend this car highly. I'd buy one again in a heartbeat. Oh, the "Cons": -Back seat in the Coupe is adequate but not roomy. -Road noise could be quieter, but is still better than my hubby's '07 Subaru.

No Problems 8 years

Not one problem 2002 Accord SE, driving for eight years, smooth as day I bought it. Never had to take to shop for average $600 repairs for every problem. Money in the bank. Great car.

Great value and very good car

Pros: Comfort, ride, performance, and looks good. Cons: Rear brakes - replaced pads twice within 75,000 miles. New Accords poor comfort, especially front seats. I will not buy another Accord. Their quality has went down hill. Will consider a Toyota or Ford.

2002 Honda Accord Special Edition

Bought my Accord SE used with 77,000 miles. I always wanted a honda accord and I finally got one. I live in in a small but work about 1 or so away and my car has over 150,000 miles. The only problem I had was one computer that Monitors the engine's air. In my case the computer thought that the engine had to much air. So I got that fixed with no trouble. Other than that I would recommend this car to anyone.

Just Spent $3000 for a New Transmission

As the title says, we just bought a new transmission at 103,000 miles. After reading the other reviews, I wonder how long it will last...

Great Car

I am a younger driver (18), but my family bought the car brand new, then handed it to me when I started driving. Since it was purchased, the car has run like a champ. Never gave me any engine trouble, or transmission trouble (albeit I do own the 5-speed manual model) It currently has just over 80,000 miles. My only complaint about the car is the fact that all the little amenities are beginning to fail, and its somewhat lack of features for what the car is originally worth. For example, the button that holds the seatbelt buckle up in arms reach has broken off (not a big deal), the 12 volt plug is loose in its socket, and the button for the driver's map light is a bit finicky when turning it off and on, and the trunk cannot be slammed shut (it needs to be pushed closed). Also the car lacks ABS and Traction Control (should have been standard) and it lacks a keyless entry. Aside from that, its a fantastic car. I would recommend it to anyone. All of my friends driving their "cool" grand prix's have had so much engine trouble already. I just cannot stress how reliable this car has been. 2002 Accord LX Silver 5-Speed, Manual 4-Cyl
