Very reliable but small

It's an awesome car, never broke down during my entire ownership of more than 4 years. Generally, Honda produces their cars with reliability and safety in mind , with that been said one can clearly get that the Accord delivers in all aspects of reliability and safety for it's generation.

One of the best cars for younger drivers!

For a sophomore college student, i didn't need to be the fastest on the road but i did need something that i knew would take me from point a to point b and wouldn't burn too much gas in the process. After my dad and i decided on the Accord, it took no time at all for me to realize that this was the best bang for my buck! Just to go over a few things without sounding like a Honda salesman, i only fill up my tank about every week and a half to every two weeks which exceeded my expectations about the mpg. Something else that surprised me was that when i bought the car it had about 144,000 miles on it yet it drove like no one had ever touched it before! It's extremely reliable and i havent had to do much maintenance besides the occasional oil change and cleaning the throttle body. Trust me, if you purchase this one as a daily commuter or even as a car for a student that needs something safe, you won't be disappointed!

Ultra reliable without bells and whistles.

This car is ten years old and hasn't given me one problem. It's smooth and spacious. Gas mileage could be better.

Ol' Reliable

I bought my 2007 Accord LX coupe brand new in 3/2007. It now has 122,500+ miles on it, and it is one of the most reliable cars I've ever owned. The only problem I had with it in 10 years of ownership was the radio/CD player malfunctioning, which was easily remedied by buying an aftermarket stereo. Other than that, I've had no problems. I just maintain it by the book and it continues to run like new. It's my commuter and I drive it daily. It's sporty but also good on gas. It regularly gets 28-32 mpg. The ride is a little stiff and the seats are well bolstered so you'll stay in place during spirited driving. It is not meant for floaty comfort, so if you want that, this is not the car for you. The performance is very good for 166 hp. The turning radius is absolutely awesome. You can easily do U turns where other cars of similar size cannot. The interior design is great. Lots of room in the center console, center dash storage, and door pockets. Has 6 cup holders, 4 in front, 2 in back. If you're short like me, you can raise your seat and remove the rear headrests and have good vision all around. The dashboard lights are red and easy to read. All controls are within easy reach. Sun visors are nice and long, perfect for driving at dawn and dusk. I've really no complaints about the Accord coupe, which is why I'm still driving it after all these years. It's a keeper.

Still going great after 10 years and 195K miles

I bought this Honda Accord EX-L 4-cylinder new in 2007 and have driven it for more than 195,000 miles. I have not had any major problems with the car. The exterior and interior are in great shape and the engine still runs smoothly . I'm planning to take this car to the 300,000 mile. Two Honda mechanics say reaching 300,000 miles will be easy.
