Civic LX Sedan
2000 miles on it. Getting about 28.8 mpg on a half city half hwy commute. (Haven't taken a long road trip yet so can't give you my actual hwy numbers yet.) I do like the styling inside and out. (Looks great for an econocar in my opinion.) Interior materials look and feel nice. Again, not what I'd expect from an econoclass. Digital gauges are wonderfully easy to read (even from a couple of lanes over!) CD/MP3 dash display is pretty entertaining to look at also. Steering is very quick and responsive. Very quick off the start - I have to actually be careful not to lunge forward from a standstill. (After about 45mph it pretty much accelerates like I'd expect from a 4 cyl. though.) Corners surprisingly well and flat. The heater starts blowing warm air in under a minute! How do they do that?? I Like the auxillary MP3 input jack. All in all, a surprisingly slick ride for the money. And if it lasts anywhere near as long as the other Hondas I've had, it will be in the family quite a long time. Okay, things I'd want them to improve on - Could use a better horn (I've already changed it.) The headrests are too far forward for me (I know they do that for safety, but I've already "fixed" it by swapping them out with my '05 Odyssey's. That worked out better for both vehicles.) There is some road noise on grooved concrete freeways. Really not too much, but I usually add some sound deadening to most of my cars anyway. Radio/CD is good enough, but not spectacular. A roomy glove box, but would have liked a lock (on the LX at least).

Great Car
After 4 years I traded in my '03 S2000 for a brand new white '07 Civic Si Sedan. I liked my S2K but I am in love with my new Si Sedan. Easy to get in and out of. Vtec rush without the NOISE. Great styling. When I first saw the dash I was a little put off but man is it great to use. The upper display is like a HUD and you can easilly see it without taking your attention from the road. If this car had another 40hp or so it would destroy the BMW 3 series. I actually like the look of the sedan much better than the coupe. The sedan looks more agressive to me. The handling is superb, stereo great and the brakes are awesome if a little over boosted. I am amazed but I like my new Si sedan more than the S2K that I traded in. Great great car Honda. Thanks again.

I Can See Why People Love Hondas-This One is Great
This car is everything that I expected, except for the sound system-which needs some help. Although FM and discs sound okay, the "tinny" sounding speakers when listening to AM talkradio as I like to do is enough to drive you batty! Better standard speakers wouldn't kill Honda, would they? The gas mileage is as good as they said it would be, the car is peppy and has no problem merging onto the Expressway. The styling is something else- it gets a lot of compliments, and is definitely cutting edge. All in all, worth the price and a lot of fun to drive!
