Oh - the horrible tire pressure monitors

Love this car, mostly. It drives well, the heater and seat heater work well and that matters in the upper mid-west. The sound system is great too. BUT - - the technology built into the tire sensors is awful - exceptionally bad - frustrating - near a disaster. I have never driven more than 100 miles without the tire pressure warning messing up my dashboard - - not since the 1st 100 miles has this worked. Honda can't fix it, but I have been able to impress a variety of technicians with my knowledge of the physics of how the sensors are supposed to work.

Civic ready for new family

This vehicle is the first NEW car my husband and I purchased together. After we had a vehicle stolen from us in San Francisco, we purchased this black beauty to be part of our family. In the last four years, our family has grown too large to keep her and we'd like to upgrade our sedan. Sadly, the original owner (myself) was pregnant and drove over a drive through curb and damaged the underbody. And a dent in the back rear from when I picked up a highchair from a friend and ran into a poll. They are the only "opps" spots on the vehicle. The car has had routine maintenance and well loved. She has many miles and distance to go before she is ready to rest.

Most reliable car

After driving the Honda, was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 450+ mile trip, I averaged 29.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

Extremely Reliable Car

This was the most trouble free car I have ever owed. I had the regular maintenance done. I made several long distance trips in it and never had a problem.

Best gas mileage ever!

The ECON button is great! I get over 30 MPG with this car and almost 40 MPG on the highway. My 2012 LX has exceeded all my expectations.

GREAT CAR

This is a great car to own. It has had only 2 problems with in the 5 years I have owned it. The splash guard hangs low and a single sensor had to be replaced. It is GREAT on gas mileage.
