2006 Honda CR-V consumer reviews

I am on my 3rd transmission or torque converter. Honda is aware of a weakness in the platform, but I pay for the repairs, and they are not cheap. Otherwise, a very good car.

Great space if you have a family but there is so much manuel that is involved such as pumping up the seat and adjusting the steering wheel. For a 2007 the very least it can have is power seating.

This car was great! Loved all the legroom in it and the clearance the car offered was a huge plus. There were 3 USB ports that were easily accessible to everyone in the car.

This vehicle is fantastic! Up until recent when I had my baby boy, I only used it to travel to work or to see relatives. But now it's a fantastic family car! It's roomy, runs great on gas, my car is currently at 250,000 miles and still running like its brand new! I've missed oil changes 3 times and nothing still till this day has happened to this car!

I like this car because I got a fair deal. It has low miles for the year. I'm disappointed in the gas mileage as so far I'm only getting 17 mpg. The car is roomy and fun to drive. I'm not bothered by some "safety features" I had driving my husband's late model lease like a beeping noise when I put it in reverse...so annoying! I liked the smaller size as the newer models are much bigger.

this is the favorite car of my life. Love the swing out cargo door as I am short and it is very accessible for me. the interior materials that Honda used on the pre 2007 cars is superior and never looks dirty, unlike the black fabric of later models, which always shows hair and dirt. I love the center console that folds and allows my dog free access to the front seat. It is reliable, roomy and no blind spots. A great all around vehicle!

Excellent piece of transportation. A bang for your buck. I will buy another one for my family. Honda make great cars.

highly useful and greatly designed interior space, awd, traction and stability control work great; awesome performance on snow, rain and even light offroad. Cons: 20-22mpg combined, Small tank of 12 gallons - good for 250 miles. lack of power (4cyl engine) when loaded with cargo or 5 adults. wind noise of better than on Element or some older Subaru models, however might bother you on a long trip.

Reliable, comfortable, low maintenance, I will buy another Honda and know other people who love their hondas

I love this car! I bought it looking for a car to drive to college and I'm so glad I bought this one. It's got all the space I need to pack my stuff. There's enough room for me and all my roommates. And the seats are comfortable for long drives. There are a few things that I wish I could adjust. For example, the air conditioning is awesome for whoever is sitting in the front seats but the back passengers tend to get a little warm even on full blast. I do wish that the seats were leather so they were easier to clean but that's what seat covers are for! Overall a great car!
