Perfect upgrade
We had been driving a Chrysler Town and Country for the past few years which we absolutely loved. Unfortunately, our growing family made it nearly impossible to take anyone with us. We chose the Honda for the extra seat (8 vs 7). We have four children of our own and can now fit two friends or other family (in-laws are nearby). While the Chrysler (Limited) had a little more room, the Odyssey is much more comfortable, rides better, performs better and looks nicer inside and out.

Honda Odyssey 2006
Its a perfect family car with an excellent power to weight ratio. Chilling AC, spacious, comfortable for long drives, lot of space. Seats can be removed by just one hook. No need for a truck once you have this one as a lot of space can be created by removing and folding seats. Touring comes with the Run Flat tyres which is a great option, it runs for 50 miles even once totally flat.

Decent
This can is pretty good. Comfort could be better but you shouldn't expect much. These vans were pretty expensive when they came out. Interior styling is nothing new, instead of a normal button to close the doors, you get a lever.

No complaints!
I just received my sister 2006 Honda Odyssey-for free. I believe in its safety, as they were rear ended on the highway in slow traffic (40-45) by a straight truck. While it did make the rear hatch unusable, the vehicle is still straight and very driveable. They've owned it since it was new-they had the 100k tuneup and timing service done, new brakes and tires last year and a new transmission in March of 2016. Has 160k on it. Everything still works on it, and even though it has signs of wear and a caved in rear hatch, it's still better than anything I've owned in the last 10 years that's made by a "domestic" automaker.

nice minivan
Love my minivan but don't like the ECO mode. Very comfortable and styling. I wish there was an option to turn the ECO mode off. That's my only issue.

More than 340000.ml still strong engine
I bought my Odyssey year of 2007 Summer and it was 90000ml . I'm been using this van for long distance travel business and I took care this baby and still love it. Meager expense was transmission. I did'nt like PAX TIRES so I changed 17inch wheels and tires.

Loved my Sienna....love my odyssey more!!!!!
Had a 98 Sienna.....my first van, and oh how comfortable & quiet.....so wasn't sure about the Honda. The magic seat in the third row sold me....so we took the dive. Used 2006 w/ 50k on the clock. This car is Amazing to drive....no it's not as quiet as the Sienna, but on the road....it's Amazing. Handles like a car....holds the tranny in a lower gear while climbing hills....will drop a gear in a sweeping downhill turn...it's incredible! What amazes me even more is the mileage. I've gotten as high as 31.8 on the highway....you read that right...over 30 on the highway. All the time, no, but regularly 26-28. The bad? There is a wind whistle at the front cowl....they all have it, it is tolerable.and the cabin could be a little more hushed....but it's not really bad....just wish it were hushed a little bit more. No regrets here......it's a Touring model....had to replace the PAX run flats, but I went to the OdyClub website, and all the necessary info was there...piece if cake. Purchased Acura MDX (Honda luxury brand) wheels and the suggested tire size, and Bam...it was done...no more PAX tires. I'd buy another in a heartbeat!!!!
