2016 Honda Pilot consumer reviews

I rated it so low because I purchased this car for its hands-free features and only 4 older model phones work with it other than 6 older model iPhones and Honda has not updated the list since the cars were first built. So I have a $46,000 car that is really only a basic Pilot. And there is nothing about it that is hands-free. Honda was planning to add android auto in this model year and their clueless tech people couldn't figure out how to get lane departure to work with it so they kept Honda link (which they have had issues with if you check online complaints) instead. I have a Samsung GS7 which is a top selling phone so it makes no sense that it would not be compatible

I purchased this vehicle in late September 2017 from an Acura dealership as it was a trade-in. I am very pleased with the style and class of the vehicle, as well as the top-notch technology. I am still learning all of the controls, but it is designed for ease of use and safety on the road. I like having the back-up cam as well as the right turn cam. I like the beep indicator when approaching a vehicle ahead. The quality of the leather interior is great. The backseat as well as the third row are roomy and functional. I love the big sunroof. I do not have any complaints about this vehicle. It has been a great SUV for me to transport my family as well as commute to work.

I absolutely love my Honda Pilot! This is my 5th Honda I?ve owned, I?ve strayed from Honda to purchase a Jeep and a Mercedes Benz but I always return to Honda.

Comfortable seats. Love being able to switch to manual shifting in the mountains. The cruise control is great with the ability to keep and maintain a specific distance behind the vehicle you are following.

This vehicle is smooth riding, great in all weather, and fits the whole family. The heated steering wheel, remote starting, and side pull up visors are awesome.

I've had such good service, trusty any small problem I've had had been so nicely resolved. Not typical of dealerships I've dealt with in the past - domestic products. Love the car. If I had to list somethingi don't care for, it would be the automatic shut off when sitting in traffic. We don't have a ton of traffic, so unless I turn it off every time I start the car, it'll do it. Not a big fan of that option. But the rest - very good quality product!!!

My only complaint is no walk-through from 2nd row to 3rd row of seating. I think the exterior looks like a larger version of the CRV.

I had fell in love with the SUV. I love all the room that it has. The sound system is wonderful for me. It's not to big and not to small it's just too right for me.

Finally they fix steering movement. It's so smooth.roomy for family and long term use vehicle. This car keep value for long time. Exterior styling is great before looks like boxy.

i have found this honda pilot to be very pleasing to drive on long trips. smooth ride, great seats, power.style,mpg,every thing about this 2016 pilot makes it a great purchase. thanks honda all your efforts payed off.
