HONDA PILOTS and whatever they make is PIECE OF CRAP.
HONDA PILOTS and whatever they make is PIECE OF CRAP. I bought a 0 mile 2019 Honda Pilot and has given me problem like CRAZY. I think Honda CONTROL your vehicle remotely and cause your car system to fail so you can bring it to the and charge you. I will file a sue against Honda because every time my vehicle is brought for service SOMETHING HAS TO HAPPEN. I spent last time $8000 dollars to get this CRAP supposely fixed and after a couple of months the same problem occur. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM HONDA OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I bought a TOYOTA LONG TIME AGO AND NO PROBLE AT ALL.

The air conditioning has failed four times in four years
The air conditioning has failed four times in four years of ownership . The accident mitigation system is useless and dangerous. It jerks the steering wheel right and left for no apparent reason. Controlling the car is difficult when the computer jerks the steering around. Verry dangerous car to drive.

Great for the family (Touring AWD 8 seats)
OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise. The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

Best mid-size suv for me 🤙🏻
Good Family car, spacious, smooth ride, fast, never had problems. Recalls had been taken care of. One of the best reliable car I’ve ever had.

please improve these Pilot features
our Pilot doesn't have the pick up speed it needs to have in my opinion. the ride is not that smooth. The gas mileage needs to be better. should have air conditioner vents for more than it does.

Good car, But not great
After long time researching to replace my 2001 Toyota Highlander, I came to decide on the 2019 Honda Pilot. The Car has a very good feel inside and it's very good looking outside IMO. Seats are very comfortable and AC works great (I live in South Florida). The car has 80,000 miles on it, and I already had to replace the Transmission fluid at 50k and I am due to replace it again on the next oil change. (I never EVER changed my transmission fluid on my 2001 - 289k miles Toyota Highlander). The radio issues did happen to us the first year but in the dealer they did a "system upgrade" and that solved the issue. We have driven the Pilot several times to NC, SC, TN, AL and other estates and so far it has been great. I was not expecting to have to replace transmission fluid so often but when replace the transmission works well.

GARBAGE
CRACKLE FROM SPEAKERS.@!@! Do not buy this vehicle. Honda has had problems with "most bus" connectors for 5 years and NEVER fixed it. The FIX is ripping EVERYTHING out of the vehicle to replace the body wiring harness. NIGHTMARE

Transmission maintenance is too frequent.
It’s a great car overall but they have transmission issues, need to flush transmission fluid every 30K miles. If you call Honda North America they don’t admit the problem, unlike 2017 model where they started a campaign to do 3x flushes and reprogramming for free. I don’t think I’ll buy another Honda or recommend to a friend.
