2019 Honda Pilot consumer reviews

The rear drivers door sticks out close to a 1/2 inch at the top right allowing a ton of road noise. The stereo has a loud crackling sound at med level on up. And the two charging points in the lower center of the dash had the covers missing. As well as a loud rear clunk over any bumps.

It meets all my needs and was a price point that we liked and has a good resale value and safety features that we were also looking for.

The car drove like my Honda Civic and didn't feel clunky at all. Extra features were a plus and priced to move. A test drive led to a purchase. Awesome stuff.

Let me start by saying this Pilot Elite is my sixth Honda. I never had issues. Within two days of driving it off the lot, nearly every light illuminated on the dash. Warnings for the transmission, emissions, tire pressure monitoring, blind spot monitoring and AWD flashed across the cluster. Immediately brought it in for service and the dealership determined the cause was “soft connections.” They were explained as connection points in the computer system that look as if they are connected but actually were not-from the factory. Two days later I receive a call that the repair was complete and they were somewhat confident the issue was resolved. Less than 36 hours later, if happened again. Back at the dealership I was told they would have their top tech work on it. Four days later I get the call that the transmission control module was replaced and it was ready for pickup. It has been almost a week since and it seems fixed and hopefully not temporarily. Time will tell. It may prove to be a lemon yet.

We just bought a new to us 2019 Honda Pilot. It is such a beautiful car! We test drove a 2018 but loved the 2019 even more because they really upped the safety features on the 2019. I feel it is incredibly safe for our family, so reliable and also very fancy. We were a Toyota family before but have now fallen in love with Hondas.

This car is great. It’s smooth riding and is my favourite car ever even my dad loves it! I recommend it for parents with children. It has eight seats and is stronger than a truck. From what I’ve heard! But overall it’s the best car I’ve ever been in. It is great even for being a used one.

I love this cat. I love the console between the two front seats. Why don’t others think of that. Where is a woman supposed to put her purse! Also love the windows. Can seee everything.

Absolutely awesome!!!!! Exceeded my expectations. The new technology is so user friendly. Having so much fun. Also love all the room it has, for hauling big items as well as kids and dog.

Meets all of our needs. After the space of the Odyssey, it is a bit smaller and you get used to that. Great pickup, and the AWD is going to help in the snow. Most knobs on the wheel are intuitive, but if you have to reach for the dash knobs can be distracting. And there is no separation for running the back fans alone. Also, no "AUTO" temp, so you're fiddling sometimes. Minor details.
