Good deal

I've had my Elantra for only three months, so my pleasure is contingent on future reliability, but so far this car has been all that I hoped for. One of the rare Hyundai's available with less than 100k, I still have some coverage, which might be handy given my broken hatchback lever. Let's see if such things are covered. Something quietly rattles in the dash during humid weather, but fortunately a fine CD player drowns that out. I've had no trouble beyond that, but would like to see better MPGs than the 22-32 I get, which is only 4 better than the 1994 Taurus I traded for it. Great pick for those of us whose identity rests on education and character rather than an impressive car...and it's fun to drive.

Great Car, Great Value, Great Warranty!

My wife purchased a new Elantra 2 years ago, and she loves it, she has had no problems with the vehicle, and even if she had, it would be covered by the 5 year, 60,000 bumper to bumper warranty. As a result when it came time to trade my truck for a car last week as a result of our expecting baby, I looked around at every other car and the Elantra was simply the best car, best value. I really have nothing negative to say about the car. If you are looking for something affordable, but yet still having many extras, comfort and interior room, the Elantra is a no brainier with its 60k BB warranty being the deciding factor for me.

Great Little Car

I finally traded my 95 Camaro with only 68,000miles on it for my Hyundai Elantra. I love it's zing for a 4 cyl., but what sold me, besides price, was the 10 year drive train and 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranties.
