Where is the milage?
The vehicle is not bad, but i have still not come anywhere close to the 20/26 miles it touted. I am very dissapointed in that aspect. Features are good, except the cup holders don't come out to clean. Can't see past the milage problem to give the rest of the car a fair rating.

Beautiful Santa Fe
We went all out and got the Limited with the technology package. All I can say is wow! We went with the Iron Frost exterior and the Saddle/Black interior. From pictures online, the saddle brown looks gross. But in person it looks luxurious and beautiful. There is more room than I thought there would be in all three rows. We love the panoramic moonroof, heated steering wheel, and navigation. The only thing it didnt come with is remote start, and with a price of $37,140, I thought it would. We love it though and glad we ditched the minivan! Thanks Hyundai!

First month is going well
I have owned this car for about a month and have put 1,000 miles on it. I haven't had a single issue since I brought it home, and really don't have anything to complain about. With mostly city driving I am at an average MPG of 23.9. I would recommend this car to any one. The leather interior is fantastic, and these seats are some of the most comfortable in the market segment. I would do it all over again.

Affordable Luxury
Best warranty; very comfortable; every possible feature including panoramic sunroof, fog lights, navigation, blue tooth, keyless, eco setting, selectable steering, dual air, vents for rear passengers, movable back seat, plenty of rear legroom, leather, all for a price well below any other similar vehicle. This is the Sport model, not the Turbo. Juniper Green is a dark color--subtle. The owner's Manuel is immense. The touch screen takes some time to learn.

A great car for the money.
It's not just a Santa Fe, but a Santa Fe GLS, which is longer in length and wheelbase than the Santa Fe Sport. The vehicle is also roomier than the Sport. The standard power train is a 3.3 ltr., 290 hp V-6, with a 6 speed auto transmission. It has loads of cargo room with the second and third row seats down. It's marketed as a seven passenger vehicle, but to be honest, the third row seat is only good for a couple of kids at best. Adults passengers would have a difficult time getting back there. As for value, the car wasn't cheap, but Hyundai gives the buyer a lot of car for the money. It's solidly built, with all kinds of standard gadgets not seen in other vehicles in the same price range. I could not gauge reliability at five stars yet since I've only owned the car for three weeks. The jury is still out on that. Anyone in the market for an SUV must see and drive the Hyundai Santa Fe GLS before making up their mind to purchase anything else.

A Lot Of Fun To Drive
After owning cars all my life I thought it was time for a change. I did a lot of research on many different SUV's and test drove those that I narrowed it down to but once I got behind the wheel of the new Santa Fe Sport the decision on which one to buy became a very easy one to make, Hyundai gives you so much more for your money. I bought a fully loaded Sport with AWD and the 2.0t engine, the base engine is more than adequate but the turbo makes this SUV a lot more fun to drive, it feels as quick as any 6 cylinder. I love the look of the vehicle and I find the interior to be very upscale and very quiet even at 80 MPH, this vehicle also has a very comfortable ride as well and the AC works great even on the hottest of days. For me this SUV is the perfect size, not too big and not too small, it is a very easy vehicle to drive and I also find it to be a lot of fun to drive as well and with the really tight turning radius of this vehicle it makes making U-turns and getting in and out of tight parking spaces a breeze. Anyone looking for a midsize SUV should really check out the Santa Fe Sport.

Very nice vehicle for the money
I decided to lease a Sante Fe and it has not let me down. The gas mileage is climbing as the SUV breaks in, and it is not losing any of it's initial charm. I went to Napleton Hyundai in Palm Beach and the people there could not be any nicer, honest or easier to work with. The salesman and the finance department bent over backwards to help us. I can't say enough good things about the car or the dealer.

2.4 Sport, AWD with Leather & premium package
Engine - Adequate power and nothing more * Transmission - shifts when needed * AWD - Engages when needed but drive is louder * Dash controls - Easy to use & simple * MPG - combine winter 22 MPG, combine sumer 24 and highway 28+ * Seating - firm/hard, center console is too far away to rest arm, seats do not tilt * Head restraint - adjustable but still to far forward for me *Steering wheel - does not come out far enough for me but won't leak oil * Rear tail gate - should have a handle on the outside or be power * Handling - good * Ride - good but still a truck * Wind shield wiper - don't adjust slow enough on delay * No seek button on steering wheel * Back Seat - center head restraint is too low unless your short * Visibility - not the best but if you use your mirror & look you'll have no problems an no extra mirror which I don't like * Gas gage/tank - fill very consistent 1-13 mfg. date * MPG gage is off by 10 percent / reads too high and dealer can't fix * Warrantee - I had a wave in the windshield & a bad track on the front seat that were fixed N/C * Quality - I think Hyundai is in the middle but, Hyundai really want to take care of it customer to build form to core * Conclusion: Good car, still a four cylinder and revs same size as an edge

Santa Fe sport turbo-better than Lexus RX350
We traded a 2007 Lexus RX350 for a 2008 Veracruz with more features/comfort & for more room-at $10,000 less. Only problem with Veracruz was rear hatch opened by itself 13 times in 3 years-traded it for 2012 Veracruz and had same rear hatch problem 5 times. After 10 months, traded for 2013 Santa Fe Sport turbo (did not need extra room anymore) and love the quality, appearance, comfort, quietness, smooth ride and acceleration-and easier fit in the garage. Superior to Lexus for $15,000 less.
