So I purchased this car because I needed mor space . I also needed more comfortable ride I drive a lot it check all my boxes when I went for a test drive.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

This car is very comfortable, and very dependable, the battery lasted almost 8 yrs. The only item broken is the back up camera, and the driver side electric seat, which was fixed under warranty.

VERY reliable vehicle. Heading to Vermont with 127K miles with 100% confidence of no trouble. Gotta maintain it, though. Follow the mgr’s maintenance schedule whether at a local reputable repair shop or dealer. Prices are comparable. My wife and I have owned seven Hyundais, so that should be testimony for brand quality and reliability.

Took close to two hours for a routine oil change, which I was made aware of. Takes time but they do great work and they are very communicative about the timeline

SUV is easy to drive, feels like a car but higher off the ground. Hood or dash board is not in way of view at all. Back seats have ton of leg room , and 3rd row has 2 seats and are pretty comfortable and cushy 👌 we like it and leg room is definitely usable. Over 80 cubic feet of space with all back seats down. It measures 3 ft 7inches wide in the trunck access. And about 7 feet to the front seats. You can access the headlights to replace bulbs from the hood which is amazing ! Would be nice to have both middle seats to have a leaver to pull forward to exit 3rd row, it only has on the right side. Otherwise the driver will need to release for the passenger. The middle seats can be folded down with a pull of a leaver from the trunk to put things in.My interior is cloth tan and I like it. Back seats are thick and back rests are adjustable. 3rd row has 2 adjustable settings for the back rest. Seats fold down with ease. Entry to the 3rd row, the 2nd row slides forward so you need to step back not a whole lot of room but it works. Not sure if the Ac is as cold as is should be , ill have to ask next check up my car has 89k on it. It has been really hot outside so I think it just takes a while to cool all the space it has in the car. I hear these are very reliable cars that is why we went with this over some other midsize SUVs.

I found a vehicle on the Prime Motors LLC Virginia website. It is conveniently located if you are driving from Washing D.C. or Maryland. I read the mixed reviews online and decided to come have my own experience. I'm glad I came! The night before, Saturday, I sent a text message to the company letting them know which vehicle I was interested in. The next day Richard responded to my text message. He asked when did I want to come see the vehicle and I told him in a few hours that Sunday morning. He was very accommodating. I continued to text Richard as I prepared to go to the dealership. I texted so many questions and Richard answered them all. There was nothing left but to see the vehicle. This dealership has a friendly and cozy feel to it. Richard met my son and I with a smile and we headed to the vehicle immediately. We just met and Richard was so open and honest about the vehicle. He was patient and took his time going over each aspect of the vehicle. Richard accompanied my son and I as we test drove the vehicle and he took the opportunity to share more details about the car. After this experience I was sold. I did not expect to drive home with my car the same day. I thought I would have to come back in the week to pick it up because it was Sunday and other essential staff were not there. Kevin, who handled the tags was not there. To make sure I drove home with the car the same day he was called in. He walked through the door with a smile after coming in on his day off. They really put customers first! What more can you ask for? This encounter left me feeling like I made the right decision purchasing my car from this establishment. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend! I advise anyone not to always pay attention to reviews. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Have your own experience!
