2017 Hyundai SONATA consumer reviews

As a real estate agent, my car is critical. I had a out of warranty E350 Benz I was tired of paying huge for minor issues. Went to dealer based on riding in a friends Sonata and bought one on the spot. I?ve owned a lot of cars. In the sedan class, this is my favourite all time. I?ve owned it a year this month and I love it.

I owned s Hyundai Sonanta for 6 years prior to purchasing this one. They are very low on mantenice and good on gas mileage. I couldn't resist buying a newer model. So far I love my car. Its so sporty looking and perfect just for me!

This car meets all my needs and for the price is being way way below market value and is priced to sell loaded with many features you find in cars that are much more expensive.

The thought of a Hyundai Sonata was that last thing on my mind until I test drove/bought one, my life changed forever and i love it.

There are minor nitpicks I have, but on a whole this is a surprisingly good vehicle for the price. The turbo engine makes driving fun, but you know you're in a family sedan. Two things that bug me are the cup holders and exhaust tips. The cup holders only have a single size. Some other brands make a little tab that stick out against your cup that ensures it's not flopping around if it's too small. So coffee mugs that seal are a must since they are usually a bit too small for the cup holders to keep snug. The chrome exhaust tips seem very prone to rusting and need to be cleaned off occasionally (aluminum foil and coke works great) after bad weather. I'm guessing the road salt used where I live causes this. But those are literally the only complaints I have about the car.

Its an ok car, there not as good as the other imports yet. I dont know if i'd buy it again. Charging ports for phones horrible. Transmisdion isnt smooth. Dont like u cant adjust settings to check functions/gas economy while driving. Its kinda thirsty.

This car is definitely comfy front and back, lots of leg room, quiet, drives like a perfect machine. If you want reliable this is your baby

I wanted this car about six months ago but backed out of getting it because this would be my first car payment! Six months later I?m driving one! Better color & newer model! Love the Bluetooth and how roomy the backseat is for my kids!!!!!!

I purchased that vehicle a year ago just to commute to work , the car is absolutely amazing , fun to drive ... it goes toe to toe with Honda or Toyota ... absolutely fantastic value for the money

The Sonata is very comfortable, roomy and quiet. My smaller engine is unfortunately unpowered and strains to accelerate. Gas mileage is mediocre. However, the electronics is excellent and works well with my cell phone.
