Terrible Transmission
It has the duel clutch transmission and has problems in 1st and 2nd gear. It slips and there is no fix. It works ok if you use the manual transmission option and if you use the sports mode and learn how to drive it. But you can not floor it and rely on it to not to slip.

Rav-4 to Tucson
I thought I would see a major difference in quality switching from Toyota to Hyundai. I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicles were comparable across the board. Glad I saved money this go round. I prefer this style/design also.

Love this car!!
It has so many features I’m still figuring them out! Haha I not only have the great feeling of reliability, but this suv lets us ride around in style. It is comfortable to ride in and very spacious! My two youngest critics (4 and 10 years old) absolutely love it!

Comfortable and smooth riding
This vehicle met all of my wants. Love the looks of the Tucson. A very comfortable ride handles well. The technology in this vehicle is great, there's plenty of leg room. For a used vehicle very clean inside and out.

Great looks and style
Love this vehicle.. great looks it has a lot of features( blind spot detection, Bluetooth, etc)and the 1.6l turbo has plenty of power. The DCT trans is a little quirky compared to a regular automatic trans but if you have ever driven a manual transmission you would understand the feeling.

Love this SUV!!!
I started leasing this vehicle for 3 years and then purchased it because I absolutely love it! I’ve purchased 2 other vehicles from this dealer in the past and always have been very happy with them. You get a lot of bang for your money and the warranty and service at this dealership is absolutely outstanding!

Warranty determines dependability
My Tucson hit the 60k mark in the midst of the quarantine. It was around 59,800 in April. My right hip also went out and required surgery in May. The surgeon was 87 miles (one way) away. The first window went out the day of surgery on the way home (59,950 miles). The back window on the same side went out the next week when I went for my follow up (59,990). By the time we go to the closet dealership (80 miles away) it was “past the warranty” and they wanted approximately $1250 to fix both. It was at about 60,497 (it was just under 60,500) And they refused to honor the warranty even though appointments were hard to get due to quarantine and such. We took it to a local mechanic (excellent reputation) and it was $250 less. While he was pulling it in to start the front passenger window and planning the back passenger window next the front DRIVER window quit! We will duct tape the back window since the driver window is used more. And I plan to put a warning on the tape to help others! The company refused to offer any help even with the extenuating circumstances. Warranty runs out and it starts falling apart! Literally, the back window just dropped as I was driving with my grandson. Scared us to death!
