I love this car

It’s awesome. Fully loaded. Everything is so nice. Very spacious but still with the comfort of a mid size SUV this is a very attractive vehicle

Its what I was looking for.

This car is what we were looking for it has lots of space for my family of 5. My kids love it when we go on trips.

Best car I?ve owned

This car has been super reliable. Drives like a dream. Haven?t had one issue. The heated seats are always nice in the winter. Has a great navigation system.

Great car but they don't make them anymore

It is a pleasure to drive! Great gas mileage and a good turn radius, can be alittle noisy on dirt roads but I would buy another one if it were possible.

Very Good Mid-Size Family Car

We traded from a large SUV to the Veracruz last month. Overall it's a very nice ride with extra interior options that are surprisingly more intuitive than most cars I've owned. Some of the options like the rear heated seats and interior cabin lighting are things you usually find on "nicer" brands. Power rear lift gate is nice as well. MPG is much better than we expected, averaging about 20. 3.5L V6 is sluggish off the line, but likes mid-range and higher revs. The only complaints we have are ingress and egress from the front seats is tough if you are shorter, and the trans always tries to shift to a higher gear to save fuel. That's not a bad thing unless it wants to stay there (which it does), then you start feeling the clutch packs in the trans working hard and you have to give it more gas than you should to make it downshift. Other than that, a great car so far.

Steering wheel shakes when driving over 75mph

I?m happy with the interior and exterior features, however the key no longer locks/unlocks my doors, even after battery has been replaced twice.

Great Features for the Money

We wanted a mid size SUV that had a number of features, this fit the bill. For the money the Veracruz Limited gives you all the bells and whistles. The only draw back is the second row leg room, but I find that to be the case with most mid size vehiles.

Very good overal

The only difference I would like to see is a better position for the clock, Useless in daylight. I would have been better off to get AWD. Extremely reliable, 124000 miles and only repair was CV joint.

Our daily driver!

We've used our Veracruz on a daily basis. On average we drive about 40 miles a day on it. There's only a few snags when buying this car. The one main problem is that the plastic for the door handles isn't very strong and we've broken them several times. Also, when quickly accelerating on this car, the engine sometimes doesn't catch until a second after pressing down on the pedal. Other than that, it's a great SUV for the family.

my only problem with my car is the outside noise, coming through the passenger door is like driving with the window down
