overland...very plush

one of the few smaller SUVs that you can buy that can tow 4500 pounds....our primary reason for trading in Subaru Outback was to be able to tow Rpod type trailer.

LOve this car!!!

A Jeep that is affordable and still Jeep classy! Well worth the purchase. It's very gas efficient, other than oil changes and tire rotations-- It's maintenance free until 100k miles. Great car.

Liked everything but transmission

Had the Latitude FWD w/ 4 cylinder and 9 speed transmission. Too jerky when starting to move and letting up on gas, like in a parking area. Lots of up and down shifting in city/town driving. Get the 6 cylinder.

Love my 1st SUV

I love my Jeep Cherokee. Now that I've bought my first SUV with 4WD, I can't see going back to a car or anything without 4WD.

Very pleased with our 2016 Cherokee Limited

I bought our 2016 Cherokee Limited as a pre-owned Certified vehicle. It was a previous rental fleet car that appeared to have been well cared for. I've never purchased a rental fleet car, but this one was in great shape, the exact color combination I wanted, and came with the Jeep Certified plan, so I had plenty of warranty to cover me. So far, the Jeep has been rock solid. It is very comfortable and I feel good when my kids are driving it. The interior is comfortable and the Uconnect screen is really nice - arguably better than my $50K Acura screen setup. We've been very pleased with our Cherokee Limited and I would buy another one.

A wonderful true 4x4 reliable vehicle TRAILHAWK

This is my second Cherokee Trailhawk I own. I had a 2013 Range Rover Sport HSE before my first Traihawk and I could not get closer to where I get with the Trailhawk. The car is fantastic, handles very well, great clearance, NEVER get stuck in any tried conditions, where my RR left me SHY after getting stuck in beach sand 3 times on a role. The trailhawk is good on gas, fantastic on long trips (NYC-MIA-NYC), comfortable (not as much as my RR), but it does not stay behind in everything else, in special gas mileage. Everything made inside the Trailhawk is high quality, I am loving the car, never had any issues with the car, while had several electronic issues with my RR. I sold my first Trailhawk and got sold on a 2015 Range Rover Sport HSE again, but now, with the new buddy, much less wait and a 6 cylinder supercharged engine. Nice car, but again, STUCK a few times when going surfing on the beach...once again. traded in the RR again for a 2016 Trailhawk and WILL not go back to anything else... The trailhawk is a reliable, beautiful, comfortable vehicle that will never let you down. Jeep has done it! LCL

Horriblely unreliable car

The car on paper is such a good value V-6, panaromic sunroof, leather seats, nav, heated seats all under 32k. We enjoyed it for 4 weeks before issues started surfacing. Car doesn't start when hot is most critical one, Chrysler is giving runaround and avoiding fixing the issue ( they know they messed up badly with wiring and electronics). Now we are stuck with the car that does not work and is unsafe and having to put up horrible customer service from Chrysler LLC.

Nice car a little cramped

This is a very good running car but has it's flaws. I hate that the engine shuts off when you stop. Fender wells have rubber pieces continually coming loose. Cannot shut the radio off only mute it.
