Timeless and consistent

This is our third Jeep. We started with a Cherokee Classic, then a Grand Cherokee Limited and decided to switch to a passenger car that handled so poorly on the winter roads so when it came time to purchase a new vehicle we didn't hesitate to go right back to Jeep again. This time we have the Cherokee Limited. I love all the features and the smooth ride of the car, which I hope doesn't change over time. The car has a feature in which it turns off when I'm stopped in traffic to conserve gas and I do like it but find that sometime the car lags to start or sputters minutely. I don't care for that. The hands free dictation voice response system is picky too and often I have to repeat what I want several times. Sending dictation texts is also tricky because it doesn't send the correct texts sometimes which is confusing for the receiver and since I'm driving I can't check what was sent off till I'm no longer driving. The automatic A/C doesn't maintain temp very well either and I find I have to manually manage it, which I didn't have to do with my last passenger car. I love the finishing in the vehicle, luxury package and the huge glass moonroof! I look forward to driving the Jeep this winter!!

2016 Jeep Latitude

I've been enjoying my new Jeep for over 2 weeks now and I have no complaints. In fact it has exceeded my expectations. Gas mileage is great, the handling is perfect, and it looks just great. The purchase was handled superbly and efficiently. I would eagerly recommend this vehicle and this dealer to anyone interested.

Wanted to love it but couldn't wait to return it

I am a long time/+30 year jeep owner, have owned just about every version type of Jeep & when the Cherokee was brought back, I was excited, then seeing it on the road the 1st time, I couldn't wait to test drive it, so rented it for a week. 1st the good; it looks great, the front seats are some of the most comfortable I have ever sat in a car, up there with our Mercedes. It has a lot of space inside. Now the bad; the transmission on this thing is the worst I have ever driven, 9 gears, with a gate shifter, I couldn't wait to play with it, it takes over a second for it to shift in each gear, huge disappointment. The shifter is designed so you can't put your whole hand around the shifter, due to the closeness of the center armrest to the shifter, when I shifted I had to hold my hand in an awkward & uncomfortable u-shape, Jeep/Dodge engineers really?. The dash looks like it is from a 1987 Lebaron, with the strip light indicators for all of the gauges. The steering controls are terrible, just the Cruise control controls on the right take up no less then 5sq inches of space. There was no volume control on the steering wheel, the most commonly used button. Maybe just our trim level, but the stereo is the worst stereo I have ever heard in a new car, we had to turn the bass all the way down so the dash didn't rattle, which reminds me the dash rattles regularly. It has the turning radius is horrible. The cargo space in the rear is the worst I have seen, was excited to see the cargo departments under the main cargo floor above the tire, but you can only fit a soda can width items in there, the cargo floor is not hinged, if you want to pull something out of the bottom cargo space you have to remove everything from the rear cargo floor, which would be great on long road trips to pull everything out. There is a weird, metal bracket thing on the left, that looks like there was a lot of thought into it/engineering, but you pull its handle & it just falls down as it is heavy & serves no purpose. The engine in our trim level has little power even in sport mode. This is a poorly thought out vehicle, wish the designers, engineers, ceo's would take 1 drive in an Audi, even a Ford or a Kia to understand how well thought/worked out those cars are. My wife didn't like it as well, we ended up buying a Kia instead of the Cherokee & it is in a completely different/higher league than the Cherokee. Very disappointed in Jeep.

Great suv

Great suv for the money. Highly recommend it for anyone like myself who has travel thru poorly paved roads and pot holes for daily commute, with its high ground clearance for small suv it can safely traverse these roads. I dont off road but i have already damaged a civic in my daily commute i learned my lesson in Mass and decided to look for an suv. I ended up going for cherokee far better value than gand cherokee unless you have a big family and i doubt other similarly prized suv like rav 4 could have held up in these roads. Highly recommend v6 engine and you can find AD2 lease options pretty attractive. AD2 gives you even better ground clearance.

Great Experience

I traded in my vehicle and leased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited through product specialist - Sean Ryniec. Sean was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable about the product and very professional. I would definitely recommend Sean and the car. Love it!
