Comforts of Home in my Jeep
I love my Jeep with its heated seats, heated steering wheel, navigation, Sirus connection, 911 a button away and the comforts of drivers power seat and storage compartments is like a home away from home. I have the lane warning system as well and just love my Jeep Cherokee 4x4 Ltd. Heated wipers, heated engine in cold weather, remote starting - and panovision moon roof - what else could you ask for. Love it.

Average Feelings
I am a returning Jeep buyer. I owned a Jeep Liberty for 11 years before I bought a Cherokee this year. I believe in brand loyalty, had a great experience, and thought I would be taking a step up by getting a Cherokee this time, but my overall thought is that over the last decade, Jeep has sacrificed a lot of quality under the hood and inside the cabin in order to focus on the sound system. First off, it really, really bothers me that a spare tire is considered an "after market" product similar to pin striping and heavy duty floor mats. A spare tire is a necessity and should come with the car, even if the sticker price is higher. (the dealer also tried to convince me that "they don't make a full size spare anymore" and tried to give me a donut, but that's not a reflection on the car itself). Luckily, we knew about this issue and made it part of our negotiation, but I imagine many others got a terrible surprise. Secondly, the engine seems under-performing for this size of vehicle. I don't know enough to talk knowledgeably about it, but it just feels like it needs more get up and go. There are several annoying things about the cockpit: 1) the drivers seat is electric, but the passenger seat has this weird pump crank that I am sure will be broken in 6 months. 2) There is no overhead light beyond the drivers seat. So, you can't see much at night in the back of the car. 3) With black interior (the only option) it's next to impossible to find things on the floorboard, even during the day. 4)Climate control is done on the touch screen, but below the touch screen all the climate control knobs are there...why? 5) the drivers AC vent is positioned right behind the steering wheel. So you either have to sweat or drive with one frozen hand. Overall, it just feels like no one really drove this car and spent time in it before they started selling it. It doesn't feel like the same quality is there....or again, that most of the quality is going into the sound system, which I can't find any fault with whatsoever. There are a couple of other features I like a lot: 1) a lot of storage compartments, including a big one under the passenger seat. 2) DC outlet in the back seat, meaning like a wall plug and 3) really sturdy and durable upholstery cloth on seats with doublestitched seams.

So far I have not found one thing I do not like about my new Jeep Cherokee. Everything is just as I like it. It's comfortable, easy to drive, and looks nice. Can't ask for more.

Wowed by this Jeep
My wife always has to have the limited in order to get all the options she wants. So, we bought the loaded Jeep Cherokee. This is one very nice vehicle. I have fallen in love with the assisted driving options that make it easy to drive. Interstate driving is so much easier. Just steer. I let the car turn or curves - after three curves a message appeared: put your hands on the steering wheel! I hitched my boat trailer up with the rear view camera by backing up only once - it was dead on. I haven't found anything I don't like after 3000 miles of long and short trips.

3rd Jeep I've owned
New Cherokee Trailhawk is a great car. 3rd Jeep I've owned and the best one yet. Comfortable, looks awesome in and out and is full of great technology. 6 cyl has a lot more pep than the '09 Liberty I traded in for that also had a 6. One design issue with heated seats - cant have power and passenger seat together. Oh well. Heated is still better.

In Love!
This is the first vehicle I bought brand new and am very pleased with my choice! I went in to look for a new vehicle, but couldn't decide between two. The sales person, Greg, greeted me at the door and asked if I needed help immediately. We went on two test drives to help me see which felt right. After deciding I fell in love with the new Jeep Cherokee and even more so loved the 75th anniversary edition of it with the orange stiching! As we were discussing the paperwork he even mentioned I could take it home today! (On a Sunday) I ended up getting the warranty power train for life package because I plan to keep this for a very long time. I feel as though I got a good deal, the gas mileage was very ideal at average of 30~, and I couldn't be more excited about the panoramic sunroof. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and vehicle! The electric and heated seats, heated steering, 8.4 inch touch screen, push to start, and Storage space is so luxurious. It drives very smooth compared the the Wrangler I was also looking at.

I purchased my first leased vechicle a few days ago from Bayside Chrysler,Turgo was a great help. He was courteous, knowledgable, professional and NOT pushy. The moment i met with Turgo i knew i was going to be a new Jeep owner. I love my new car. I will be recommending all my friends and family to Bayside Chrysler and they will be asking for Turgo.

Found out what causes the transmission issue
I know some reviews for the 2015 2014 and 2016 have been complaining about the rough first to second gear shift or that the motor shuts off and people dont know why. I have an easy fix for this problem. People have taken this issue to the dealer and the dealer hasnt been able to fix it. This problem is caused by the auto shutoff gas saver system the gas saver system shuts off the motor when you are fully stopped and then kicks on when you leave your foot off the brake and put your foot on the gas. If you turn this system off you shouldnt have any more problems with a hard shift and other things that people have been posting. The symbol for the auto shutoff system is an A with a circle design around it. All you have to do is hit that button and it will turn off the system. Note that everytime you start the car you will have to remember to turn this system off.
