4 cyl is too sluggish

I like the looks and options on my Jeep, however, we chose the 4 cylinder so we could have more options. Big mistake! The 4 cylinder is very sluggish, loses power on hills, and doesn’t deliver the gas mileage I expected. We’re averaging 23-24 mpg in our Cherokee, while our new Silverado V8 is averaging 21 mpg.

So far it is the best vehicle I haved owned

So far, i cannot believe the amount of car I have received for the price. It is comfortable, handles well, and has solid safety features.

Great SUV

Love the style and comfort level, but was quite disappointed when 2 dealerships and 3 salesman never explained that the UConnect system was not available on the upper (Limited) trim level and make sure you check the rear view mirror for the active buttons. Disappointed about that but love the vehicle.

Not a bad vehicle for the money!

The Cherokee latitude plus was actually more than I expected. The new front design in my opinion has a much better look compared to last years model. It has plenty of leg room, and the vinyl seats almost look like leather. The 2.4l engine was ok for the compass but a little weak for the Cherokee. I would buy one with a V-6 if I were to do it again.. The 9 speed transmission seems to be ok so far. The rest of the outside is about the same as the 2018. It holds the road fairly decent, and is pretty quiet going down the road. There is plenty of cargo room and the split back seats allow you to fold one down. So you won't have to sacrifice all of the back seating, and still gain gargo space. The lighting is all LED from front to rear and inside. The projector headlights really light up whats ahead.

Great purchase!

Love everything about it! Wish we had been able to afford a few more bells and whistles on it but we do love it and plan on driving it for several years.

Early stages - very favorable!

I've only had the vehicle for a few weeks, but so far the drive comfort exceeds expectations. Very comfortable, very responsive. More comfortable than the 2015 Patriot I traded, far more comfortable than the Renegade I test drove. I bought the 4-cylinder model and the engine could be a bit more responsive.. So far, Im impressed.

Amazing Service and Great Fuel Economy

Purchased from Jack Phelan Chrysler Dodge in Countryside IL, my salesman Svet Valchev was great. This Jeep is comfortable, drives smoothly and has great fuel economy.

Trailhawk fan

Just purchased a 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk and really do like it. Comfort, dash features, off road capabilities and styling are amazing. The only glitch is low gas mileage. Currently getting 17-18 miles a gal in the city. Thought it would be more like 21...
