I have never liked shopping at car dealers, I always tried to avoid them at all cost, I know what i want and won't be pushed or convinced otherwise, this is something that every dealer I have ever gone to is good for.... this is NOT the scenario with my experience at Sherman, Mike Morris was our salesman, I can't even put it into words as to how absolutely amazing this man is/was to me and my family, I truly felt beyond comfortable from the moment he approached my family, he didn't jump right down our throats as soon as we entered the lot ( like EVERY other dealership) he listened to us, he did not push us whatsoever, he listened, he knew exactly what to present to us based on this, I truly felt that he wanted to help my family, not just sell us a vehicle. I felt zero pressure to buy anything, may I add, we came in towards the end of the night, 7pm, we left there at probably 11:30, well past the time Mike should have been gone from the shop, I have never met a salesman ever who was this amazing, my wife and I have 3 young children so we were extremely picky as to what we wanted, Mike worked with us the whole way, NO problems at any time,at one point we werent sure they had any van on the lot that suited our needs, i honestly told the wife i WANT to buy a car from this man, i never met someone so motivated, dedicated, concerned, and caring for our exact needs. This is something you don't come across at a car dealership thus the reason I don't care for them, but Sherman dodge was different, and I contribute my beyond amazing experience to Mike Morris my salesmen, my wife and I can't even express or say enough kind words about this man. He changed my mind about car shopping, I will never look to buy from a private seller again, I will go straight to Mike Morris for all my car needs from now on, and recommend everybody to him. Horrible 9 speed transmission!

Oh where do I start. I got my Jeep last May and it's been one issue after the next starting with the 9 speed transmission. All issues started at 500 miles. I had 2 quick learns done for the jerky transmission, that didnt work then they put in a new valve body that helped some until now I'm only at 11k have had a TCM and PCM update and trans is still hesitant. Have had the radio replaced which is unfortunately extremely common issue in Jeeps now days. New battery at 9k and constant issues with my tires. Each time I get a tire rotation my tires need to be balanced and have to get my alignment done. Hate me Jeep and cant wait to get rid of it. I never take it anywhere only to work and back.

The SUV is what I expected. I use it for a daily driver and it is comfortable. I got the V6, which is fine for cruising, but the tranny is as disappointing as most review state it is. The car feels solid and safe.

Here is the deal. Honestly, I cannot think of any negative aspect of this dealership. I wanted a new 2017 Jeep Renegade with specific color and options and I got it for a price that made me feel that I had a great deal. My sales specialist is Mark Whalen, he took care of all my questions and concerns. He is very experienced and told me that he has been with the dealership for many years. Here is an instance where I felt very spoiled. I had a rental car from Enterprise at the time of purchase and wanted to drop it off at Enterprise, couple of blocks away. Mark insisted to call them and ask them to come and pick it up themselves, saving me the hassle of going there and delivering the rental to them, and so it is done. Mark was so good with me that I couldn???t resist to give him a hug before I left the dealership with my new Renegade!! I also met Frank Katsis, very pleasant man, had few chitchats with him and seems very admirable person. He made sure that the transaction would go smooth, especially that I drove long distance to get there. My last encounter in the dealership was with the business manager, Brian James. He made sure that all docs are good, my payment check is good and that I will receive all the DMV paperwork in the mail within 10 days. I verified with him that???s it???s only going to be 10 days and he confirmed it. I was surprised how fast is that and indeed, I received the paperwork in 8 days, despite the Thanksgiving holiday! Tip: This dealership is very transparent with their prices, they offer discounts online and even further discounts when you call them or contact them via email. I can definitely say they are very competitive. By the way, this place has a unique selection of cars, mostly their cars are fully optioned and they sell them for cheaper than what you???d expect for the options that they carry. I would love to have that extra option or quality in the car without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this place for your next Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge car.

My car buying situation was rather unusual, or at least it should???ve been. I was involved in a car accident that totaled my car that I just bought this past July. The body shop that my car was towed to had given us a referral at Family Hyundai: Kristi Feinberg. Once I got the call that my car was officially totaled I called Kristi to set a time I could meet with her to start the car buying process again. When we had our first appointment I went in with the idea of purchasing a used car. After test driving a few cars, Kristi suggested leasing over buying. She was so attentive to everything we asked and everything that made us unsure if leasing was the best option. We came back the next morning with a decision and I ended up leasing a 2019 Hyundai Kona. Every person we worked with on the paperwork were amazing and great with additional questions we had. The car was completely cleaned and had the dealership stickers of the VIN and the inventory number removed from the car (where my other dealership had not removed those at all and I ended up just needing to wait til the stickers lost the adhesive to take the man off). Before I left the parking lot in my new Kona, Kristi went through everything in the car with me to make sure I was confident in knowing what each function did and where they were inside my new car. I would recommend Family Hyundai to every single person I know looking for a car because of the fact that they really truly live up to their name and treat everyone as if they were family.

I was nervous to make my first vehicle purchase at a dealership, and I had been to several Honda dealers in the area before I found Bettenhausen. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I had seen a specific vehicle on CarGurus, so I called to see if it was available. I scheduled a test drive with Brandee and came in within 15 minutes. I was surprised that she handed me the keys without riding along; I liked that I had the freedom to test all aspects of the car without a salesperson breathing down my neck. When I got back to the office, Brandee went over the vehicle history report, and everything was very transparent. The cubicles are private yet spacious and I enjoyed the atmosphere more than any other dealership I had visited. When I decided that I wanted the car, I expected to be there for hours completing paperwork or haggling with prices. Brandee explained that they stay competitive in the market (the price for my car was more than fair based on KBB value) so their prices are bottom-line, and therefore no need for drawn-out negotiations. When she went over the purchase agreement, there were no hidden fees. I was out the door in about an hour, and it probably would have only been 30 minutes if I didn't have a personal payment issue. I was worried about my rental car and asked if I should come back the next day to pick up the new car, but Brandee offered to call Enterprise to have my car picked up, so I was able to leave immediately with my beautiful new (used) car. Based on my experience, I would say Bettenhausen Fiat holds themselves to a higher standard. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient!

I???ve been to many car dealerships in the past (I???m a car enthusiast/work for a company that makes racing video games (And I love my cars)! Early January, I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Thomas Dodge. First experience wasn???t with Faye, but it was a great experience regardless. August of this year, the appeal of the Hellcat wore off for me (Between going through a set of tires every couple weeks + the gas mileage + RWD in the winter = death sentence), I was looking to get another vehicle. I went to a Ford dealer first to check out a Ford F-150 Raptor, and they wanted me to fill out a credit app/get bank preapproval before even being able to test drive the Ford Raptor (Really?). I immediately left and went down the block to Thomas Dodge. Faye???s my go-to salesperson at Thomas, and I met her early in the morning. I told her what I was looking for (Something fast, luxurious, towing capability, cargo space, and a real show stopper). First she recommended the Trailhawk (A great suggestion), but that wasn???t good enough for my need for speed. Next she recommended a SRT Grand Cherokee (Great suggestion, any other day I would say yes - but I wanted to go all out with my vehicle that I would be driving on a daily basis/my company vehicle). ???Trackhawk???? ???Trackhawk??? It was early in the morning + I didn???t have breakfast, so I asked Faye if she wanted to go get a snack (On me). She prepares the car (That nobody has driven yet), and a few minutes later, we head out to Starbucks. Faye???s a Mopar enthusiast, so we had to get on it a little bit on the backroads. I???ve never had my breath taken away by a car???s performance/style (I was grinning cheek to cheek like a kid in a candy store). We pickup our Starbucks, head back to the dealer, and go over the paperwork. The paperwork process was pain free, and Faye guided me throughout the entire process + outlined/explained each thing I had a question about. She also explained to me my financing options (Opted to go with a lease through FCA, because I go through cars the same way I go through shoes). About an hour or two from the time I walked into the dealership, I was walking out with the keys to my brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk! Faye is the best salesperson I???ve had the pleasure of doing business with (Not limited to car dealerships). She???s honest, understands the needs/situations of each and every one of her clients, finds/sells the best quality vehicles out there, and makes the entire process pain-free & enjoyable. I got fayebolized, and couldn???t be happier - thank you, Ms. Giles!

I brought my newly purchased used jeep Liberty from a used car lot and brought it to Thomas for some repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs for my recently purchased Jeep from a used car dealership were estimated to nearly $7,000. Looks like I purchased a real "lemon." I had to make a decision to either repair or take an alternate route. I spoke to the repairman "Tom" in the service area and he thoroughly showed me what needed to be done to the jeep as there were many leaks, ball joints bad, spindles, etc... the list went on and on. I asked him if I could possibly trade in the jeep and purchase a vehicle. He stated this was an option and never made me feel like he was trying to make a buck off me. We headed to the sales area and I was greeted by Joe Heisier. I explained to Joe my dilemma and he stated that he would be glad to assist me and see what options there were. I told Joe the budget that I was looking at and he was able to accommodate. I was not looking to spend more than $300 a month on a new vehicle lease. The purchase was for my wife as she needed a car to travel locally and we agreed that a lease would be the best option since she would not be putting more than 10K miles per year on it. With the trade in, Joe was able to accommodate what I was asking. Joe made this a pleasant experience as well as Tom and the service team. Best Customer Service I Ever Experienced

College Cars Chicago was highly recommended to us by a friend who purchased a car there and was really happy with the experience. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of College Cars Chicago before. My skepticism was quickly dispelled when I called and spoke with Matt about a 2007 Mazda 6S that was for sale that my son and I wanted to look at for him. It was close to closing time when I had called and we really wanted to see the car that night since we wouldn't ...have the opportunity again for days. Matt waited for us to get there and let us test drive the car, never rushed us, answered all our questions, ect... The next day we had more questions and again Matt and Zack were patient and friendly to deal with. The Mazda was just what we were looking for at a price that fit the budget. Needless to say we were sold! OUTSTANDING Customer Service and overall experience!!!! I have been buying cars since 1987 and this was,..BY FAR WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. We have had the 2007 Mazda almost a year now and have had NO problems. We are all ready looking to buy another vehicle from College Cars Chicago. We have recommended them to a friend who did just purchase a car with the same positive experience. Keep Up The Great Work Zack and Matt we WILL be purchasing from you again!!!!!
2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Review
Best vehicle I’ve ever owned

I’m am so happy with my new suv. My children are very happy. We are very excited to go on our family road trip this summer. We have much more room then our last vehicle. If anyone is reading this I very much recommend this suv.
