New Brand/Model for Me

This is my first Jeep, having driven sedans all my driving life! It has great options, comfort, smooth quiet ride and looks great! I would recommend to anyone!

Had a 75th anniversary edition before this.

The 6 cyl is much better than the 4 cyl, the 4 was a dog. Wish it had a turbo or V-8 option. Didn’t like the Cherokee design at first but, the interior made up for the exterior short comings.

Very pleased

So far really like the Cherokee. I use to drive a Silverado, until I drove it until it couldn't go anymore. This has replaced it. Have to get use to it though....

2019 Cherokee latitude

The car is great. It’s the first 4 cylinder vehicle I have ever owned and it takes some getting used to. Otherwise it looks wonderful!

Unexpected new car

The fit has felt super natural and comfortable for the whole family, which is great! The technology of the car is still new, so I am continuing to learn about it, but some of the features have already made my commute much more luxurious!

Great comfortable ride

Car is sharp. Great feel and handles well. More room in back seat than you would think. Came with great options and the white and black you can't beat on appearance

Worst Car Decision I’ve Made

I have owned my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude for a little over a year now. As someone who only has driven 6 cylinder engines, it was a big change. There is a hesitation in transmission when I put my foot on the gas and the car basically doesn’t “go” for a few seconds. I’ve had intermittent issues with Apple CarPlay where most of the time it will work but every once in a while my phone will not connect to it at all. In the wintertime (I live in New England), I learned that if i do not let this vehicle warm up for at least 15 minutes, I will stall once I am down the road from my house. Dealership says it’s because of the extra battery with the engine shut off function. Not a huge issue but slightly annoying as I do not have a remote starter in the winter. One time I also had a engine shut off malfunction causing my car to put itself into emergency park in the middle of rush hour traffic. My last issue, which is the reason that I am trading this vehicle in, is the oil consumption. 1,000 miles before I was due for an oil change, I was completely out of oil. I didn’t know this and completely stalled out on the road and had to get it towed to the dealer. They informed me that I need to keep a quart of oil in my car and check my oil levels every 2,000-3,000 miles. I find that a little off-putting for a 2019 vehicle. This car has been mostly headaches for me since I have purchased it and can not wait to get rid of it.
