Impressed with the power and comfortable ride.
Still getting use to it but so far I love it. Ease of handling and very comfortable. I rode in the back seat in the middle and was impressed at how comfortable it was. There is enough room for two car seats in the back.

Thumbs Down 2.4 Ltr
You must check your oil no later than every 3000 miles. The 2.4 engine starts consuming oil. What new vehicle does that. There is no fix for it. In the owners manual but the dealers don't tell you about this before you buy. I found out when my car started dying when I'd turn or go uphill. Can't wait to get rid of this vehicle. I've steered everyone that's asked how I like my Jeep to purchase something else with at least a V6. I liked the interior better on the oil eater. What a sham. Too bad they don't tell you the negative that they already know about. I would NOT have purchased if I had known about the oil consumption.

What a piece of junk
Bought my 2019 2.0 Limited in May of 2018. If I had a time machine to go back and slap myself out of buying this I would. My Jeep has been to the service department 11 times for issues, and currently has 3 problems that I'm too irritated to fix. I have yet to find a dealership with a competent service department near me, which makes having all these problems even more frustrating. So far I've had problems with condensation in my tailights, a replacement nav/radio unit, XMGuardian services couldn't connect to the car and the active shutter grill was replaced. Now, the fender well trim on the driver's side is coming off, and my sunroof's seal keeps detaching, which makes it sound like a rock band inside over even the smallest bump in the road. I actually like driving the car, especially on road trips with the radar cruise control, but I end up spending most of my time driving it to the service department! I can't wait to get rid of it!!

Ford guy totally loves the Jeep Cherokee.
I was a total Ford guy but got the 2019 Jeep Cherokee due to its high American made index. Compared to my Ford Escape my Jeep is bigger, more power, better gas milage, and just has a nicer ride. I got the 6 cylinder which in my opinion will be more reliable in the long run than the turbo

Terrible disappointed
My first Chrysler product in years...have had the Cherokee Latitude for less than 30 days and the screen that controls climate, media ect. started bouncing from radio to climate to all other options. Triggered my heated seats to come on and couldn’t turn it off without pulling over and turning the car off. Took it to the dealer and they basically said can’t find any thing wrong with it and gave me a bulletin release from Chrysler that stated it was a communication issue with my phone. Dealer suggested I not connect my phone to U connect. Just what you want to hear with a new vehicle.
