2020 Jeep Cherokee consumer reviews

Coming from a Rogue, which worked well for me, however the Cherokee is a big step up. Similar in size but the ride is so much more comfortable! The seats are awesome, the ride is smooth. It's solid body makes me feel very safe. Controls are intuitive and easy to use.

I had a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I loved! However, I am short, and even with running boards, my 60 yr old hip was not liking having to step up into the vehicle. The 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited gives me all the same comforts, but I don't have to step up into (or go downward) to get into the vehicle. At 5ft 2, I can actually just sit in the seat, bring my feet in, and I'm in! Still have some of the height while driving down the road so I can see over most other cars. And the features and technology are top notch!

This car exceeds my needs. I love the heated seats and and heated steering wheel. The navigation makes it easy to find destinations. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in.

This SUV meets all of my needs and is comfortable to drive. I feel safe when the weather is bad. It is low enough that my mother can easily get in and out.

It's pretty posh which initially surprised me. Since I Just got it commenting on reliability, etc., it could prove to be a bit too early; but, so far it's a winner because it meets all my requirements.

This car is a great value. The 2020 model has a really nice clean look. The car drives great and is super comfortable. The apple car play is a great bonus that makes navigating and streaming music to the car super convenient. This is the second Cherokee we’ve owned and haven’t been disappointed so far.

We now have two Jeep Cherokee’s. My wife has the Limited and I have a Trailhawk since I occasionally go off road for hunting and fishing. We could not be happier with the performance and reliability of this solidly built vehicle.

Traded a Jeep Renegade and loved it, now the Trailhawk Elite is awesome!! Quiet, comfortable and ready for the snow. Well assembled and great performance.
